Ripe, fleshy pear and English apple on the nose with hints of violets and turkish delight. The palate is soft and textured but also fresh and crisp.
A generous length of pink grapefruit, almonds and biscuit pastry rounds off this complex wine.
The fruit was harvested by hand from our own vines and a parcel from Martin's Lane Vineyard in the Crouch Valley, Essex. To express the complexity of the Bacchus grape, we use a multitude of techniques that respect both the traditional and more novel methods of winemaking.

A beautiful, pale, shimmering gold, the 2014 Blanc de Blancs opens with aromas of freshly crushed ripe green apples, lemon zest, quince jelly and a gorgeous fresh ginger note. It has a toasty savouriness with the well-judged intensity of pastry and biscuit never overwhelming the elegant fruit. On the palate it has wonderful concentration and acidic structure. Bone dry with and beautifully balanced. Superb length.

This Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc based sparkling wine is quintessentially English; an English garden in a glass! Golden yellow in colour, the nose is luxuriously rich and toasty with aromas of baked orchard and citrus fruits, reminiscent of caramelised tarte tatin. The ripe chardonnay from the endless summer of 2018 blends seamlessly with autolytic pastry notes formed over 5 years of lees ageing in bottle. On the palate, the wine is full of ripe citrus fruit with a backbone of crisp, mineral acidity holding everything together.
A slight salinity and pithiness in the mouth makes this wine perfect for enjoying with seafood such as oysters or even good old fish and chips. Drink from now or leave under cork for the next couple of years and let the wine become even toastier and more opulent.

Our Pinot Blanc is made from hand-picked grapes, harvested in early October 2023. The Pinot Blanc grapes from Oxfordshire were gently pressed in our winery on the same day. The pale yellow juice was fermented partialy in a stainless steel tank and a third vintage oak barrel from Burgundy, before being bottled in May 2024. The wine is unfiltered, unfined and vegan friendly.
