Establishing itself as one of the UK 'signature varietals', Madeleine is a very distinctive early ripening grape with a thin skin and a very floral, delicate character. It grows with great exuberance here and often overcrops.
A light and delicate bouquet with a refreshing burst of zingy lemon on the palate followed by distinctive elderflower. A dry and refreshing still white, offering depth and a smooth minerality but balanced with crisp acidity on the palate.

The wine presents a light peach skin, cherry hue with fragrant aromas of cherry, rasberry, ripe strawberries, peach skin and nectarine it follows through with a zingy mouthfeel of cranberry, lemon grapefruit and ripe breadfruit. It is well balanced with the intensity of fruit and creamy texture.
100% Pinot Noir, the grapes from our vineyard were handpicked, and pressed in October this is a blend of pressed whole bunch and saignée from our 2022 red Pinot Noir. After low temperature fermentation to accentuate the thiol aromas the wine was left in tank over winter but not allowed to go to malolactic fermentation, the juice was very clear and required minimal fining and developed a rich aroma of red fruits with a soft creamy palate with crisp acidity.

This sparkling rose wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked from our own estate. It is made using the classic bottle fermentation method. This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to “port” style wines and is a favorite of ours on a chilly evening! The rosé base wine is Dorset grown TDA and Dornfelder grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine based distilled spirit. We then blend with all natural extracts and pure sugar cane. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly rich, slightly sweetened wine is best served at room temp, curled up under a big blanket by a fire. It’s so delicious it will become your go-to winter warmer!
