An unusual dry white wine with a sophisticated edge. Star-bright, medium intensity rose-gold with copper flashes.
Highly aromatic with orange blossom and tangerine peel plus attractive stone fruits including apricot and yellow nectarine. The palate is distinctly fruit-driven with vibrant flavours of greengage, quetsch and yellow plum, as well as top notes of kumquat and ruby grapefruit.
Uplifting freshness and juicy acidity combine to give a succulent mouth-watering wine with no trace of oak. Bursting with flavour, it combines rarity with food friendly versatility.
Serve chilled with mackerel escabeche or pickled herrings. Enjoy it with sea-trout served on a bed of fennel and ruby grapefruit. Delicious with sea bass drizzled with sauce vierge. Everflyht Blanc de Noirs 2020 is a blend of Pinot Noir and Meunière; hand-picked from our single estate vineyard. The grapes are handcrafted in the winery to produce a wine that tells the story of not just the vintage but of the varietals as well. This traditional method wine has been aged on the lees for 33 months. The wine has a delicate golden straw colour and is complex in style with a fruit forward profile of ripe strawberries giving way to complex buttery pastry notes with a lasting warm finish of spice.
Greyfriars Vineyard Sparkling Rosé Reserve 2019 (6 Bottles) Puttenham, Surrey, England

Grape Varieties - 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay
It boasts a lovely, delicate pink colour with fragrant red berry aromas and a touch of spice. Fresh and fruity with rich flavours of cherries and blackberries and a wonderfully rounded and complex palate.
This wine is the perfect aperitif but will also be a fantastic match with a baked trout fillet with lemons. A real treat for a dinner party!
This is the eighth release of our best and most acclaimed sparkling rosé wine. Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes which were lovingly hand picked from our Monkshatch plot at the end of the first week of October 2019.
Two thirds of the grapes were crushed and destemmed and soaked for two hours prior to pressing to obtain the lovely light ‘salmon pink’ colour before fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
One third of the grapes were whole bunch pressed with the base wine (using only the Cuvée) fermented and aged in used oak barrels. Both batches went through malolactic fermentation.
