Blackbook “Pygmalion” Chardonnay 2020 (6 Bottles) Battersea, London, England

The “Pygmalion” is a rich and structured wine, packed with citrus characters, honeydew melon, and pineapple with underlying hazelnut and almond characters.
The grapes are whole bunch pressed into Burgundy barrels where they undergo natural fermentation using indigenous yeast. The wine has matured a further 20 months in barrel with frequent lees stirring.

A brilliant, light-golden yellow hue with delicate copper highlights, offering an elegant visual allure. The palate is vibrant yet smooth, striking a harmonious balance between complexity, freshness, and body.
