Black Chalk Classic Sparkling White 2021 (6 Bottles) Andover, Hampshire, England

£240.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

A sophisticated blend of 50% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir, and 12% Pinot Meunier, this wine embodies elegance and precision. The Chardonnay-led profile delivers a vibrant fruit focus, while a touch of malolactic fermentation adds a layer of richness and texture, perfectly balanced by the wine’s hallmark freshness.

On the palate, expect a textured and full-bodied experience, supported by bright acidity (8.5g/l) and subtle sweetness (5.4g/l residual sugar). The wine is aged for a minimum of 22 months on lees, enhancing complexity, with an additional 6 months on cork post-disgorgement to ensure perfect integration.

A versatile choice for any occasion. Enjoy as an aperitif with crisps and canapés, or elevate everyday dining by pairing with fried chicken. For a more refined match, complement its freshness and texture with shellfish such as oysters, crab, or prawns.

Goodworth Brut Pinot Blend 2019 (6 Bottles) Andover, Hampshire, England

£221.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

This is a perfect and exact blend between Pinot Noir, chosen for its red fruits aroma, its body, depth of flavour and fullness, and Pinot Meunier, our favourite, for its aromatic sweetness, a lush fruitiness and the capacity to acquire the roundness of age comparatively rapidly. The Pinot Noir grape provides the back-bone of our wine, whilst the Pinot Meunier lends softeners and orchard fruit aromas. A beautifully rich golden colour as well as an intense nose with red fruit aromas, such as red cherry, cranberry and redcurrant, are enticing us to take a first sip. A hint of strawberry lingers in the background. A creamy, full mouthfeel contributes to a very long finish. Ideal served on its own as an aperitif or try it alongside a quiche Lorraine or Parma ham.

Thaya U Chlupa Pinot Blanc 2023 (6 Bottles) Znojmo, Czech Republic

£155.00
by Bancroft Wines

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

Nestled in the rain shadow of the Czech-Moravian Highlands, in the Znojmo sub-region of Moravia, sits Thaya. Winemaker Jakub Smrčka has been building the name for himself and for Thaya over these last few years. Having produced his first vintage in 2011, when he was only 20 years old, he came to Thaya passionate about the terroir of his homeland, his rule is simple yet bold: each vintage must be a little better than the previous one.

The wine presents a golden yellow hue and offers a wide array of aromas, including hints of baked bread crust and ripe yellow fruits, with a subtle note of honeycomb. On the palate, it is harmonious and mineral, showcasing a delicate touch of barrel ageing that adds depth to its flavour profile.
