Ripe, fleshy pear and English apple on the nose with hints of violets and turkish delight. The palate is soft and textured but also fresh and crisp.

The fruit was harvested by hand from our own vines and a parcel from Martin's Lane Vineyard in the Crouch Valley, Essex. To express the complexity of the Bacchus grape, we use a multitude of techniques that respect both the traditional and more novel methods of winemaking.

This still red wine, with its pale to medium colour, offers a visual preview of its exquisite character. Elevated in acidity with fine, soft tannins, it delivers a symphony of red fruit flavours—strawberry, cherry, raspberry, and cranberry. Cielo e Terra has dual roots in the Veneto region: the Cielo family and the winemakers of the Cantine dei Colli Berici. The Cielo family’s bond with the land dates back to 1908 in the Vicenza countryside, near the Castles of Romeo and Juliet, where the great-grandfather had bought Casa Defrà, a small farm with a vineyard. They enjoy making wines with passion and innovation to create signature versions of traditional Italian wines, looking for the right balance between personality and easy-drinking.
Dusty ruby colour. Earthy, minty, fruity aromas of mint, baking spice, meaty, and red fruit with a supple, vibrant, dry light body.

The wine presents a lemon/light gold colour, a generous bouquet of ripe pear, peach, honeydew melon, grapefruit and hints quince followed by well-defined and complex fruit characteristics, fresh crisp acidity and minerality with plenty of character on the palate.
100% Alsatian Clone Pinot Blanc, the grapes from our vineyard were handpicked, and pressed in October. After low temperature fermentation to accentuate the thiol aromas the wine was left in tank over winter but not allowed to go to malolactic fermentation, the juice was very clear and required minimal fining and developed a splash of fruits and flavours of fruit with crispy acidity.

Our 2020 vintage traditional method Welsh sparkling wine, made from a blend of Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir, grown in our family-run, low-intervention vineyard in Pembrokeshire. With a fine mousse, notes of orange blossom, white fruits and honey. The wine is enriched by 36 months of ageing on lees, giving a long finish of freshly baked brioche.
