100% fermented in neutral Burgundy barrels, full malolactic fermentation followed by periodic lees stirring.
Complex nose with aromas of juicy stone fruits, hazelnut and citrus zest wrapped around a core of minerality. The palate is rich, poised and expressive, with great texture and balance. The finish is long and focused, with lingering flavours of ripe nectarine and crushed almonds.

Displaying a lovely, delicate pink colour this delightful rosé sparkling wine boasts a rich nose of ripe summer strawberries with a palate that begins with luxurious flavours of creamy red apple, leading to bright cranberry fruit and a fresh strawberry finish.
This wine would go down beautifully with a mackerel paté with blinis or with a good old fashioned Eton mess!
This is the eleventh release of our best and most acclaimed sparkling rosé wine. Made with 92% Pinot Noir and a dash of Pinot Meunier lovingly picked at the end of a cool and challenging season. The grape were from the ripest plots across our two site picked around the end of the third week of October.

This family-owned boutique winery was founded in 1995 and dedicates itself to the production of super-premium, sites pecific red wine made in small volumes. Glaetzer Bishop is a true expression of Barossa Shiraz that is elegantly structured with a long finish. Hints of cut plum, dried spice and dark chocolate on the nose. Bacchus is a distinctive, bright and fresh variety. Citrus, elderflower and honeysuckle notes, dry and crisp on the palate it pairs superbly with seafood, especially shellfish.
Our Bacchus may contain Tartrate crystals, also known as wine diamonds, which are harmless, naturally occurring crystalline deposits that form in wine when tartaric acid and potassium bind together.

Freya is a fun alternative to traditional sparkling wines. The joyous, but not sickly amount of residual sugar balances nicely against the naturally high acidity of Kerner. Interestingly, the residual sugar in this vintage is the result of the secondary fermentation (consistently) not finishing. The result is a fantastic, but casual sparkling wine that makes a great gift, or a delicious pairing with fruity desserts.
