£217.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

Elegant, Traditional Method sparkling wine. Flaky Danish pastry on the nose with ripe orchard fruits and glazed apricot tart on the palate.

This elegant Traditional Method sparkling wine has seen nearly 3 years of lees ageing and careful use of batonage, developing aromas of flaky Danish pastry. The palate is full bodied with notes of ripe orchard fruits, glazed apricot tart and hints of summer herbs on the finish.

Food Pairing:
A chilled glass of Blanc de Blancs is traditionally enjoyed as an aperitif. However, its fresh acidity pairs well with light foods such as oysters, white fish and summer salads at a garden party.

Artelium Blank Canvas 2021 (6 Bottles) Streat, East Sussex, England

£185.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

A delicious, intentionally accessible style of wine with fruit purity at the fore. Those seeking layers of complexity will find them in the subtle minerality and refreshing acid structure that holds the wine together so well.

Pinot Gris offers all the elegance, fine-bubble texture and finesse of Artelium’s core range, but the use of Pinot Gris rather than the traditional varieties gives this wine a pear, peach and soft-citrus profile that is easy to drink and ever so moreish!

Harrow & Hope Pinot Meunier 2019 (6 Bottles) Marlow, Buckinghamshire, England

£228.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

85% of this wine was fermented in stainless steel to preserve the unique aromatic qualities of this variety. The rest was fermented in a 500 litre oak puncheon to build structure and length. This is a naturally soft and elegant wine with a subtle floral nose but also has a savory, saline edge. The palate has a moreish quality because of the soft acid profile and elegant almost feather light feel, with the saline finish really drawing you back to have another glass. This wine seems to get better every time I try it. Being the first iteration it’s difficult to say how long it might go on for but if balance is the key to longevity then this has it in abundance.

Hazel End Three Squirrels Brut 2016 (6 Bottles) Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, England

£162.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

The same blend of Muller Thurgau, Huxelrebe and Reichensteiner as you expect with Three Squirrels. Not released until 2023 to allow ample time on the lees and bottle age. WineGB East Anglia Silver Medal.

Hanwell Eglantine Cherry Fizz (6 Bottles) Hickling Pastures, Nottinghamshire, England

£156.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

We’ve been creative and taken the ever-popular Cherry wine and applied our traditional method sparkling wine making skills!

This decadent Sweet Cherry Fizz has all the taste of the still Cherry but with some yeasty notes to add to the complexity and those lovely light bubbles indicative of bottle-fermented. The result is a delightful taste-bud-tingling, warming cherry treat.

It has a lovely fruity bouquet and a rich, well rounded flavour with some sweetness on the palate. A very popular feature of our range, this wine is good as an aperitif or with dessert.

From our parent vineyard – Eglantine Vineyard in Nottinghamshire – this wine is made from the juice of the Morello Cherry.

Harrow & Hope Blanc de Noirs 2019 (6 Bottles) Marlow, Buckinghamshire, England

£252.00
by Wines by Cellars

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED

After the bold, broad, and almost brutish 2018 release, the 2019 is cut from a different cloth. A cooler and less abundant year suited the Pinot considerably better than the Chardonnay.

80% of this wine is fermented using natural wild yeast in a selection of different-sized oak barrels. It certainly has that signature Pinot intensity but is wrapped in an elegant and refined structure that is a hallmark of 2019. For those who remember 2015, this is very similar in structure and a wine that continues to develop a singular identity that makes it stand out from the crowd, no doubt our most complex wine to date.
