This single variety is our second Regent since our 2019 vintage – and is worth the wait.
Fermented on skins for three weeks and aged in a mix of both new and aged American and Hungarian oak barrels for twelve months. Aromas of vanilla, cinnamon and hints of white pepper spice. Domaine Deux Roches is based in the village of Davayé, in the Mâconnais, and is jointly owned by Jean-Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray. Their 50 hectares of vineyards largely lie between the twin escarpments of Solutré and Vergisson and showcase the diverse terroirs of this region. The wines of Deux Roches are known for their drinkability and offer great value for money.
A multi award winning rich, full-bodied dry white wine from Burgundy. With notes of floral scents orange blossom, honeysuckle, and acacia flowers, fruity flavours of white peach, pear, green apple, golden apple, and apricot. Bacchus grape is a cross between Müller-Thurgau and Silvaner-Riesling and tastes quite like a Sauvignon Blanc.
A race won ‘on the nod’ is thrilling to watch and is so close it is often decided by a photo of the finish. A perfect name for our Bacchus with its crisps, citrus finish. This Bacchus is particularly suited to spring vegetables like asparagus, peas and broad beans, goats cheese, salads without heavy dressings, shellfish and poached or grilled salmon.

Our elegant 2019 sparkling is perfect for all occasions. Pale straw in colour with a stream of fine bubbles, our brut reserve has a well-developed autolytic character on the nose with aromas of English apples, summer fruit and a toastiness on the palate. It has a rich mouth feel and will continue to develop further complexity with bottle age.
The grapes were hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. After blending, the wine underwent a secondary fermentation in bottle and then spent 36 months on its yeast lees and a further 6 months on cork in cellar. Our first disgorgement of the 2019 vintage was released to wine club members in 2023.

Berkshire Breeze is the ultimate crowd-pleaser. Made with Madeleine Angevine grapes and natural peach flavour, this refreshing drink perfectly combines the soft, delicious character of ripe peach with a crisp, citrusy profile. Very flavoursome, with a medium body, a fleshy finish and a slightly off-dry character. Vegan friendly.
Best served very chilled. Delightful on its own, or for an extra refreshing twist, serve it over ice with a sprig of mint and a slice of fresh peach. Great also as a cocktail ingredient and for a spritz. Perfect alongside vibrant green salads, grilled fish and fruit tart.
This aromatised wine-based drink is made with Madeleine Angevine grapes fermented at a low temperature in stainless-steel vessels to retain the delicate floral characteristics. Aged for a few months in neutral vessels before release, and then aromatised with natural peach essence.
The bottle has no plastic or metal capsule to avoid unnecessary packaging. A simpler look for a more sustainable future!
