A fresh, silky-smooth style of Blanc de Blancs. Lemon citrus, cantaloupe melon and proving dough fill the nose. The palate is medium-bodied, creamy textured and generous. A long finish with bright fruit clarity and a digestive biscuit note that lingers long.

Made from Chardonnay with a small dash (2%) of Pinot Meunier, this traditional method of sparkling wine spent four years on the lees, giving it enriching notes of proving dough and fine mousse.

This dry white sparkling wine is made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay grapes hand-picked from our vineyard in October 2019.
It was made using the classic bottle fermentation method and has spent three years on the lees. It is pale gold in colour and displays a fine mousse.
It has a floral bouquet with grapefruit and lemon on the nose. Dry on the palate with delicate aromas of apple, white peach, lemon and lime and a nutty finish.

Monte del Frà (meaning ‘land of the monks’) gets its name from the late 15th century, when a group of Friars formed a monastery on the land. Some hundred years later, the friars leased 25 hectares for the cultivation of vineyards and fruit trees. You can, in fact, still see this document today in the Vienna’s historic library. Fast forward several centuries, and Monte del Frà is now in the very capable hands of the Bonomo family. For over six decades the family have farmed this land, now resting firmly with the third generation; Marica, Silvia and Massimo Bonomo.
A light aromatic dry white made of 100% Garganega. It is fresh and delicate with notes of vine flowers, cherry blossoms and elderflowers.

When we decided we wanted to make sparkling wine we also wanted to make our mark. We looked at all the fantastic offerings in the English sparkling wine category and decided to make our sparkling wine in a different way.
Using the Charmat method, a production technique favoured by many Italian and German producers of quality sparkling wine, we were able to produce a different style of wine giving a more fruit driven, easy drinking and approachable style.

Ashdown Boundary Block is made from 100% Merlot grapes. Aged in old oak barrels for 19 months. Light to medium bodied with a ruby to garnet hue. On the nose aromas of plum, blackcurrant, blackberry, almond, rhubarb, Cherry Bakewell and vanilla leading to flavors of cooked cherries, black currant jam, vanilla, cranberries and blackberries.
It is smooth with a good length. Its tannin structure is well balanced and delicate, while still delivering an intense and complex taste. Enjoy this wine with roast beef, mushroom risotto, or game dishes. Well-balanced acidity and medium body create a crisp, lively texture that carries to a refreshing finish. Nestled in the rain shadow of the Czech-Moravian Highlands, in the Znojmo sub-region of Moravia, sits Thaya. Winemaker Jakub Smrčka has been building the name for himself and for Thaya over these last few years. Having produced his first vintage in 2011, when he was only 20 years old, he came to Thaya passionate about the terroir of his homeland, his rule is simple yet bold: each vintage must be a little better than the previous one.
The wine presents a golden yellow hue and offers a wide array of aromas, including hints of baked bread crust and ripe yellow fruits, with a subtle note of honeycomb. On the palate, it is harmonious and mineral, showcasing a delicate touch of barrel ageing that adds depth to its flavour profile.
