Nutbourne Hedgerow 2018 (6 Bottles) Pulborough, West Sussex, England

As the name suggests, this is a wine that captures the essence of the Sussex landscape.
It is off-dry, made from a blend of our Riesling-style German varietals, including fruit from our forty-year-old vines.
A blend of Shönburger, Bacchus and Huxelrebe creates a beautifully rounded wine with a big wildflower bouquet and an abundance of hedgerow fruits.
Hedgerow is not as sweet as a dessert wine but has richness and character to cope with big flavoured foods. Pairs well with strong blue cheeses, chicken liver paté, game terrines and orchard fruit desserts.
The art: Just as Nutbourne wines are only made from grapes grown on the estate, every bottle features Bridget Gladwin’s paintings. Our vineyards are protected by the South Downs and from the ridge of the Downs there are wonderful views like this patchwork of colours, angles and textures.
Davenport Redmoors Pinot Noir 2022 (6 Bottles) Rotherfield, East Sussex, England

Made from our organic Pinot Noir from the Redmoors vineyard, planted in 2016. It is a light red wine with typical varietal aromas of the grape variety, soft balance, complex with red berry fruit and great length of flavour. A whole berry ferment with 50% whole bunches included, aged in large oak vats for 9 months and then has a further 12 months maturing in the bottle.

Following on from the popularity of the previous vintage, we have produced our still Schonburger once again; this time with an added twist - grape skin contact was used to add further intensity. Fermented in stainless steel, aromas of lychee and rose petal with hints of ginger. Tropical fruits shine on the palate with a dry finish and perfect for Asian style foods. 11.5% - under cork

Inspired by our home and delicately pale to look at, this still wine blend of the traditional champagne varieties (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay) shows just what English rosé is capable of. Brimming with delicious summer berry and a zesty freshness, from clay Hush Heath vineyards are ideally suited to create this soft, delicate dry style – the character of the wine echoes the beautiful English summer fruit orchards which inspired it. This wine is 100% Bacchus selected from two blocks from our growers in Essex. These grapes showed exceptional quality and ripeness on arrival at the winery and were separated as a premium offering by our winemaking team.
TASTING: Clear, pale lemon in colour.
NOSE: An intense nose with layers of gooseberry, pineapple, blackcurrant leaf & lime.
PALATE: A beautiful, balanced wine with excellent structure, including tropical fruit, blackcurrant leaf and a smooth mouthfeel. Steely lime acidity continues into a finish that just keeps on going.
Tuffon Hall Grape Gin 2018 (6 Bottles) Halstead, Essex, England

Tuffon Hall Grape Gin is made using the skins from our hand-picked Bacchus grapes. After we’ve pressed the grapes to make our Bacchus wine, we use the skins to make our grape gin.
The gin is infused with juniper berries, coriander seeds, fresh orange zest without pith, fresh minneola tangelo (a cross between a tangerine and a grapefruit), fresh torn bay leaves, some freshly grated lemon zest, and crucially our bacchus grape skins. They are steeped and distilled together in a small batch 200L copper pot gin still.
Serving suggestion: Serve with your favourite tonic, freshly sliced grapes and a slice of lime to give a truly refreshing yet dry finish.
Our Grape Gin, as with all our wines and gins is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

With passion and purpose Red Hut was launched and embodies the spirit of New Zealand, they are inspired by the iconic red huts that shelter adventurers. This Albariño on the nose, lifted aromas of white peach, Meyer lemon and sea spray are complemented by subtle floral undertones.
