This is our Little Waddon Vineyard sparkling pink Col Fondo ‘Rosa’ 2022 Col Fondo is an Italian ancestral method semi-sparkling wine made by creating a second fermentation in bottle ‘Con il Fondo’ translates literally as ‘with the bottom’ – meaning sediment or lees is present.
This is all part of the wine style and adds an interesting complexity and mouth feel
Part skin contact, hand de-stemmed and foot crushed single estate Phoenix and Seyval Blanc grapes grown here on our vineyard on the Jurassic Coast First wild fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation, cold curing over winter, and then second fermentation in bottle
A low intervention wine giving frizzante ‘little bubbles’ Raspberry and apple hedgerow, a hint of nutmeg & brioche, well balanced acidity with an elderflower finish

A lightly oaked chardonnay blend, dry with a round palate of pear, peach, yellow apple, and citrus fruit. Freya is a fun alternative to traditional sparkling wines. The joyous, but not sickly amount of residual sugar balances nicely against the naturally high acidity of Kerner. Interestingly, the residual sugar in this vintage is the result of the secondary fermentation (consistently) not finishing. The result is a fantastic, but casual sparkling wine that makes a great gift, or a delicious pairing with fruity desserts.

We’ve been creative and taken the ever-popular Cherry wine and applied our traditional method sparkling wine making skills!
This decadent Sweet Cherry Fizz has all the taste of the still Cherry but with some yeasty notes to add to the complexity and those lovely light bubbles indicative of bottle-fermented. The result is a delightful taste-bud-tingling, warming cherry treat.
It has a lovely fruity bouquet and a rich, well rounded flavour with some sweetness on the palate. A very popular feature of our range, this wine is good as an aperitif or with dessert.
From our parent vineyard – Eglantine Vineyard in Nottinghamshire – this wine is made from the juice of the Morello Cherry.

Mereworth White from White is made exclusively from Estate grown Chardonnay and crafted from a single vintage. This wine is intended to be both approachable yet intensely complex. Chardonnay grows exceptionally well on the rocky slopes of the greensand ridge where a carefully selected blend of Chardonnay clones and rootstocks produces exceptional fruit that embodies the crisp apple orchards that surround us, the tropical notes of a hot summer and a subtle hoppiness reminiscent of what was grown here before.

Crafted from an outstanding harvest, the 2021 is a delicate Pinot Noir, aged in French Oak, with the perfect balance of acidity and light tannins.
Hailed as a season of near-perfect conditions, summer 2021 produced some remarkable wines. Our 2021 Pinot Noir is a benchmark of this exceptional harvest.
Harvested from our vineyard in Wiltshire, this wine pairs perfectly with duck and lamb, or simply enjoy on its own. We recommend to serve this wine on the colder side of room temperature. Some English red wines offer a better taste when served chilled and this wine is no exception to that. However, if you prefer your wine wines on the warmer side this wine can do either.
Monte del Frà Soave Classico 2024 (6 Bottles) Veneto, Italy

Monte del Frà (meaning ‘land of the monks’) gets its name from the late 15th century, when a group of Friars formed a monastery on the land. Some hundred years later, the friars leased 25 hectares for the cultivation of vineyards and fruit trees. You can, in fact, still see this document today in the Vienna’s historic library. Fast forward several centuries, and Monte del Frà is now in the very capable hands of the Bonomo family. For over six decades the family have farmed this land, now resting firmly with the third generation; Marica, Silvia and Massimo Bonomo.
A light aromatic dry white made of 100% Garganega. It is fresh and delicate with notes of vine flowers, cherry blossoms and elderflowers.
