A yellow colour white blend with light golden and greenish tones. On the nose it is expressive and vivacious, with floral notes and white fruit aromas like peach, pear and pineapple standing out. Made from Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, the VMV is a blend of the best juice from across three vintages, ⅔ aged in oak, secondary fermentation in bottle, and aged on its lees for a further three years.

A pale onion skin crossed with white peach threaded with a persistent, fine mousse.
The nose shows ripe red berry fruits - wild strawberry and cherries - overlaid with heady summer florals all held in a soft and bready frame. The addition of the 2015 and 2016 reserve wines bring a further layer of complexity with toasted nuts and sweet spice.
Thanks to the long lees ageing it is rich and round on the palate, with notes of raspberry, cranberry and redcurrant held in a delightful creaminess, but the fresh acidity provides the perfect balance and leads to a refreshing but persistent and luxurious finish.

We’ve been creative and taken the ever-popular Cherry wine and applied our traditional method sparkling wine making skills!
This decadent Sweet Cherry Fizz has all the taste of the still Cherry but with some yeasty notes to add to the complexity and those lovely light bubbles indicative of bottle-fermented. The result is a delightful taste-bud-tingling, warming cherry treat.
It has a lovely fruity bouquet and a rich, well rounded flavour with some sweetness on the palate. A very popular feature of our range, this wine is good as an aperitif or with dessert.
From our parent vineyard – Eglantine Vineyard in Nottinghamshire – this wine is made from the juice of the Morello Cherry.
