Fresh and lively, the ripe acidity is complimented by a subtle sweetness, which pleases the senses.

Beautifully balanced and white gold in colour, it has a natural richness and floral bouquet. A portion of this wine is matured in oak barrels then it is aged for 36 months in our underground cave before hand disgorge and finishing.
