Sandridge Barton Don’t Feed the Ponies Billy 2023 (6 Bottles) Stoke Gabriel, Devon, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
A super light red wine with aromas of tart red berries, red apple and blackcurrant. The palate is light and delicate with flavours of sour cherry and cranberry and supported by a focused acidity and low to no tannin. Chill this bottle down and treat it like a cross between a red and rosé!
This wine is part of our new Don't Feed The Ponies range of more experimental wines, a reference to a campaign on Dartmoor National Park to discourage visitors from feeding the wild horses that roam there. The source of the River Dart begins way up in the heart of the moors, and it's the river that influences how our grapes grow.
Minerva Sparkling Wine 2019 (6 bottles) Bath, Somerset, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
We are excited to offer a limited edition case of Minerva Sparkling Wine 2019 Vintage – 6 bottles of history in the making! This is the final batch of this exceptional vintage, and owning this case means you’re securing a piece of Minerva’s winemaking legacy. A complex nose with hints of ripe golden apples and lemon peels. Freshness and acidity with subtle bubbles, and a well-balanced taste.
Minerva Wine is known for its distinctive flavour profile, which is attributed to the rare geology of the Mendip Hills where the grapes are grown. The geothermal heating that occurs when rainwater falls on the Carboniferous Limestone outcrop in the Mendip Hills gives the wines their unique flavour.
Cape Mentelle Sixteen Hectares Semillon Sauvignon Blanc (6 Bottles) Margaret River, Western Australia
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
The Cape Mentelle journey is a true labour of love, born from humble beginnings in 1970 with just sixteen hectares of vines. Fast forward to today, and this iconic winery has carefully crafted each blend to showcase the unique characteristics of its terroir, resulting in wines that are both complex and approachable.
This wine is a symphony of citrus and tropical flavours, bursting with energy and vibrancy. The nose is a riot of yellow grapefruit pith, green mango, and crushed lime leaf. On the palate, the flavours explode in a juicy mix of green melon, passionfruit, and guava, perfectly balanced by a succulent citrus acidity that leaves you wanting more. The texture is silky smooth, with a driving minerality that adds depth and complexity.

Harrow & Hope Pinot Meunier 2019 (6 Bottles) Marlow, Buckinghamshire, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
85% of this wine was fermented in stainless steel to preserve the unique aromatic qualities of this variety. The rest was fermented in a 500 litre oak puncheon to build structure and length. This is a naturally soft and elegant wine with a subtle floral nose but also has a savory, saline edge. The palate has a moreish quality because of the soft acid profile and elegant almost feather light feel, with the saline finish really drawing you back to have another glass. This wine seems to get better every time I try it. Being the first iteration it’s difficult to say how long it might go on for but if balance is the key to longevity then this has it in abundance.
