During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. This pale golden-hued vermouth is a blend of carefully selected white wines, fortified with a touch of brandy and infused with a secret blend of botanicals. The nose is immediately greeted with intense aromas of dried herbs, citrus peel, and a hint of saline minerality. On the palate, the wine reveals a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, with flavours of green apple, fennel, and a touch of bitter almond. Westwell Multi Vintage Pinot Meunier (6 Bottles) Westwell, Kent, England

Each year 400kg of fruit were whole bunch pressed and allowed to ferment spontaneously. In 2021 the fermenting juice was added to the existing base wine and bottled when the correct sugar level was reached. No additions were made at any point during the process. Disgorged with zero dosage.

This site, defined by its chalk and flint soils, gives wines that are bright and elegant, with power, structure and a crystalline quality. This example has bright citrus, alongside orchard fruit, melon and a mineral note.
Tasting note In the glass, this is light straw in colour with a delicate mousse. On the nose, this has strawberry, peach, and peach melba notes. The flavour profile is filled with vibrant red fruit – notes of wild strawberry, cranberry, raspberry, with red apple and ripe peach. Bright, elegant acidity matches with the juicy fruit to create a delicious, vibrant wine, with floral hints of rose and some red cherry pie. There’s a touch of spice from the lees ageing. 2017 was a cracking vintage for Pinot Noir. A pale salmon colour with a fine mousse, this is a off-dry wine. The sweetness is subtle, carried by bags of red fruit, cranberries, rhubarb and strawberries on the front palate, and pronounced Pinot Noir character on the finish.
The profile is a natural partner for desserts and provides a wonderful counter to rich salty foods, cheeses and even spice.
This is an extremely limited production of less than 1200 bottles. Our first release, the 2016, sold out in under 3 weeks following a silver medal at The Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships 2020! This 2017 scored 91 points in the Tim Atkin MW England 2022 Special Wine Report, described as “expansive, subtle with herbal, raspberry and blossom notes, it continues to be the afternoon-tea wine of choice!”

Aged for equal periods under “flor” and in contact with the oxygen, in Bodega Emperatriz Eugenia in Jerez de la Frontera. This dry Amontillado acquires a genuine, rich and nutty flavour through years of ageing. Amber in colour, with hazelnut aromas on the nose. Light, soft and round on the palate, with a long aftertaste.
18.5% ABV. Fortified.
Albourne Estate Premier Cuvee 2017 (6 Bottles) Albourne, West Sussex, England

Complex aromas of toast, brioche, coffee, honey and fig on the nose are backed up by fresh tangerine and satsuma citrus notes on the palate. This is a great example of English Sparkling Wine at its finest. We will only make this wine in excellent years and in limited quantities.
First release of our signature premium blend is made from only our finest cuvees with minimal intervention techniques – no fining, no filtration and prolonged barrel maturation in a mixture of old and new oak prior to blending and bottling . The wine then spent over 4 years in bottle on-lees ageing in our cellars prior to disgorging leading to a beautifully concentrated and complex layered wine with perfect poise and balance.
