The ever-popular Sparkling Rosé returns!
This wine is made from a blend of 55% Pinot Meunier and 45% Pinot Noir and aged for 18 months on its lees.
The grapes were picked in October following a record-breaking hot summer here at Saffron Grange. The result is a delicious sparkling wine packed with strawberries and a underlying hint of jamminess.
The Sparkling Rosé is salmon pink in colour, with a vibrant mousse. The nose is greeted with sumptuous wild strawberries and baked apricots followed by ripe peaches, cream and the richness of hazelnut on the palate. Delicious on its own or why not try with Asian style dishes like sticky duck pancakes.
This Sparkling Rosé would be the perfect sparkling wine to treat someone special with or toast with at those special occasions.

Bodegas Frontonio is the passion project of Fernando Mora MW and oenologist Mario López. The winery is named after Saint Frontonio, the Patron Saint of the village. According to legend, Frontonio was beheaded by the Romans, his head found upstream after it had been thrown into the Ebro. Going against the current is at the heart of this project, hence the name Frontonio.
Pale ruby red. Wild strawberries, violet flower and oregano. Fresh, pure, bright and firm. A sincere and intense Garnacha.

This vintage of Kerner has been on an upward trajectory ever since we first tasted it in 2018. Displaying the richer, aromatic, and honestly more intruiging side of Kerner, it has a bouquet of sweet white flowers, aromatic orchard fruits, with a nicely balanced sweetness. The first Bacchus in our Sandridge Barton range offers up a broader and richer expression. Whole-bunched pressed Bacchus, fermented in both stainless steel and third-fill oak barrels before being matured for a further 8 months in old French oak barrels for maturation. The wine is unfiltered and has spend a further 10 months in bottle prior to release.
The palate is alive and bursting with lemon pith, melon and kiwi flavours, lifted by a lime-like acidity and some subtle oak tannin. This dry, textual and broad Bacchus shows a different side to UK's fourth most planted grape variety.

Llanerch Estate's Solaris Dry White is a testament to the virtues of the Solaris grape, an early-ripening hybrid known for its robust characteristics and minimal need for intervention. While not officially organic, this wine comes remarkably close, thanks to the grape's natural disease resistance.
The nose is a vibrant symphony of zesty limes and lemons, intertwined with the crisp scent of green gooseberries, all underpinned by fresh, clean undertones. On the palate, it reveals a lively high acidity, reminiscent of crunchy Granny Smith apples and a burst of lime zest.
