This is a first release of our 100% organic Chardonnay sparkling wine, made in a similar style to our Limney Estate, without yeast added (primary fermentation), unfiltered and with minimal added sulphur. An off-dry English sparkling wine with refined fruit character. It has a pale golden hue with a steady stream of tiny bubbles.
Floral aromas of almond blossom and honeysuckle dance on the nose, with fragrant stone fruits including yellow nectarine and quince. It has the scent of summer meadows alongside attractive aromas of freshly baked shortbread and sweet brioche. The palate is off-dry with honeyed fruit, sweet apple compote and stewed medlar. It has a wonderful creamy mousse and a silky texture as smooth as panna cotta.
There are hints of frangipane and bakewell tart with a tasty layer of sweet almond paste running through it. It has balancing acidity to counteract the sweetness so the result is exquisitely off-dry with a lingering finish.

This single-vineyard Pinot Noir brims with flavours of plum, blackberry, juicy strawberry and red cherry. There’s complexity too, with dried herbs, spice and a smoky, mineral note. It’s beautifully balanced with silky tannins and a long finish.
The nose brims with ripe morello cherry, bramble fruits and raspberry alongside sweet spice, milk chocolate and toasted notes. On the palate, there are bold, ripe, dark fruits of plum and blackberry with juicy strawberry and red cherry.
