Nutbourne Blush 2022 (6 Bottles) Pulborough, West Sussex, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
A delightful dry blush rosé wine made from a combined pressing of our Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir, with just enough skin contact to give a lovely pale pink hue. With geranium on the nose, it has a gentle wild strawberry acidity, soft citrus, redcurrant and floral herbaceous notes on the palate.
A wine for quaffing on a summer's afternoon in an English country garden with friends. Serve with hors d’oeuvres or light salads, such as smoked duck breast with white peaches. Perfect with a little caviar on dill blini.
The art: Just as Nutbourne wines are only made from grapes grown on the estate, every bottle features Bridget Gladwin’s paintings. This painting depicts the top of our Southdown vineyard with the windbreak line of poplar trees in midsummer. You can feel the heat haze running through the image, ripening and developing the flavours in the grapes.
Llanerch Blush Still Rosé (6 Bottles) Pontyclun, Vale of Glamorgan, Wales
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Llanerch Estate Still Blush Rosé puts a unique spin on its sparkling counterpart. Crafted from Seyval Blanc and Triomphe grapes, this version uses first-press juice, creating a distinctive character with delightful similarities to the Blush Sparkling.
The complex nose captivates with ripe summer red berries and herbaceous, grassy notes, evoking a lush British garden. The palate is refreshingly dry, revealing layers of fruity British summer berries with subtle apple hints, leading to a satisfying long finish.
Sugrue The Trouble With Dreams 2020 (6 Bottles) Haywards Heath, West Sussex, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Wine is emotion. And every release of The Trouble with Dreams is emotional.
More than twelve years after what should have been the inaugural vintage of The Trouble with Dreams – from the vineyard that Dermot initially planted to make wine for the monastic order of Catholic priests at Storrington Priory – the 2020 vintage marks a new and significant development we could not be happier about.
The hopes of the 2008 vintage were dashed when virtually all the grapes were devoured overnight by birds ("That's the trouble with dreams", Father Paul McMahon demurred). However, exactly 10 miles west of Storrington a larger site of older vines on extremely chalky ground proffered their second crop... Coldharbour Vineyard has now featured in all of our vintages since 2019, and it's a vineyard that we have farmed ourselves since 2023.
Around a decade ago, the first Trouble with Dreams vintages went on sale – the 2009, 2010, and 2011 rapidly gaining critical acclaim as among the best sparkling wines in the UK. Every subsequent vintage has had big shoes to fill, and we’re delighted to say the 2020 lives up to expectations – while there's still mineral geology at its core, there's a little more richness to the fruit.

Balfour Luke’s Pinot Noir 2025 (6 Bottles) Tonbridge, Kent, England
FREE SHIPPING ENGLAND WIDE
Classic cool climate Pinot Noir, delicately aromatic with Red berry fruits, cherry, raspberry and spicy vanilla with soft but firm tannins.
“This isn’t just very good English Pinot Noir it’s simply very good Pinot Noir” is how our Head Winemaker, Fergus Elias, described his newest vintage of Luke’s Pinot Noir, from the superb 2022 harvest.
Inspired by our home, with flavours reminiscent of English cherries and a touch of spice. Coming from vineyards planted specifically for the creation of English Pinot Noir, this wine is rich, ripe and structured.
With our estate’s combination of the prime Wealden clay vineyards, Burgundy clones and careful winemaking, our winemakers have built Balfour’s reputation for producing some of England’s finest red wines. And Luke’s Pinot Noir is a superb example of a style which is growing in reputation and drinking brilliantly right now.
Here’s three reasons to try our new Pinot Noir now:
1. Cool climate excellence: this style is closer to New World Pinot Noir, rather than traditional French examples, but still comes from Burgundy clones. It’s the best of both worlds.
2. Lightly oaked: with judicious use of French and American barrels to add a savoury complexity and depth
3. Very on-trend: English red wine is a really exciting frontier, and this is a critically acclaimed example which is even served in Michelin-starred restaurants.
Our pairing guide: This is a light, summer fruit flavoured red. Our winemaker recommends serving this lightly chilled (just 10 minutes in the fridge before uncorking). The fresh fruit flavours and low tannins mean it will complement, rather than overpower, delicate flavours – making it ideal with white meats, roast vegetables, mushrooms and even herby lamb. Ferg had it with a butterflied leg of lamb marinated in harissa and Moroccan spices cooked on the BBQ and can confirm this pairing is also quite good

Harrow & Hope Blanc de Noirs 2019 (6 Bottles) Marlow, Buckinghamshire, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
After the bold, broad, and almost brutish 2018 release, the 2019 is cut from a different cloth. A cooler and less abundant year suited the Pinot considerably better than the Chardonnay.
80% of this wine is fermented using natural wild yeast in a selection of different-sized oak barrels. It certainly has that signature Pinot intensity but is wrapped in an elegant and refined structure that is a hallmark of 2019. For those who remember 2015, this is very similar in structure and a wine that continues to develop a singular identity that makes it stand out from the crowd, no doubt our most complex wine to date.
Albourne Estate Red Pinot Noir 2019 (6 Bottles) Albourne, West Sussex, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
This is our second vintage of Red Pinot Noir and displays a deeper, richer ruby colour and a more complex nose than our 2018 version. This is partly due to the vintage and partly due to increased use of the ‘saignee’ method during winemaking. The nose offers aromas of rich dark berries including black cherries backed by notes of cigarbox, black olives and dark chocolate. On the palate it delivers excellent body for a cool climate Pinot Noir with mature soft tannins, a balanced mouthfeel and a harmonious lingering finish. All of this wine has spent 12 months in a mix of new and old French oak barrels before being bottled by hand, unfined and unfiltered, under cork to allow gentle ageing.
Highly enjoyable with charcuteries cheese and nuts as an aperitif and great with a casserole or barbecued meats and vegetables.

Melbury Vale Exuberance (6 Bottles) Shaftesbury, Dorset, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Our Exuberance English red wine comes from red grapes grown at a local vineyard Melbury Vale co-manages. This 2018 red blend comes from the “Harvest of a Lifetime” here in the UK, where the growing season stayed extraordinarily warm and sunny. The 2018 Exuberance is a blend of Triomphe d’Alsace [TDA] and Dornfelder grapes. TDA and Dornfelder are both cool climate grapes that that have dark skins and balanced fruit and acidity flavors. The grapes were co-fermented and half of the must was left to sit on the skins for over 12 months. This was the first time we tried this winemaking technique at Melbury Vale. One common note about English red wines is that they can lack body and tannin structure. The time half of the wine spent with the skins allowed for not only a deeper color, but a more rich texture and mouthfeel. We loved the balance of the wine being more full bodied (not often a term used to describe English red wine) but also the fresh fruitiness of the wine thanks to the amazing 2018 vintage. We bottled this wine unfiltered as we felt filtering it would omit the beautiful flavor and viscosity we are so excited about.
On the nose we get aromas of black cherry and dried herbs, with flavors of spiced plum, bramble, and a savory note to finish.
Food Pairings: barbecued meats, aged cheeses, and anything dark chocolate.
Wayfarer Wandering Bacchus 2023 (6 Bottles) Woodchurch, Kent, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Double Gold medal, won ‘Kent Wine of the Year’ from Taste of Kent awards.
Partial oak ageing and lees stirring have been used to create complexity, body and texture in this sophisticated expression of the Bacchus grape. Subtle notes of vanilla are lifted by elderflower aromas and fresh lychee.
