Hanwell Eglantine Mead (6 Bottles) Hickling Pastures, Nottinghamshire, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Eglantine Mead has a reputation for being one of the most authentic honey drinks in the country. It has a rich honey nose, a smooth feel on the palate and the delicious lingering flavour. Made only from honey, water and yeast, it’s a decadent accompaniment to dessert. Drink anytime; especially loved by re-enactors! Keeps exceptionally well once opened.
From our parent vineyard – Eglantine Vineyard in Nottinghamshire – this is simply made using honey collected from the bee hives on the vineyard.
Black Chalk Classic Sparkling White 2021 (6 Bottles) Andover, Hampshire, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
A sophisticated blend of 50% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir, and 12% Pinot Meunier, this wine embodies elegance and precision. The Chardonnay-led profile delivers a vibrant fruit focus, while a touch of malolactic fermentation adds a layer of richness and texture, perfectly balanced by the wine’s hallmark freshness.
On the palate, expect a textured and full-bodied experience, supported by bright acidity (8.5g/l) and subtle sweetness (5.4g/l residual sugar). The wine is aged for a minimum of 22 months on lees, enhancing complexity, with an additional 6 months on cork post-disgorgement to ensure perfect integration.
A versatile choice for any occasion. Enjoy as an aperitif with crisps and canapés, or elevate everyday dining by pairing with fried chicken. For a more refined match, complement its freshness and texture with shellfish such as oysters, crab, or prawns.

Melbury Vale Midnight (6 Bottles) Shaftesbury, Dorset, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to “port” style wines and is a favorite of ours on a chilly evening! The rosé base wine is Dorset grown TDA and Dornfelder grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine based distilled spirit. We then blend with all natural extracts and pure sugar cane. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly rich, slightly sweetened wine is best served at room temp, curled up under a big blanket by a fire. It’s so delicious it will become your go-to winter warmer!
Flint Vineyard Charmat Rosé (6 Bottles) Bungay, Norfolk, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Our pinkest ever Charmat Rosé, with a fresh new design.
Characteristically Flint, our most popular wine is about as pink as it gets. The vibrant new label perfectly reflects this glorious expression of strawberry pink in the glass, coupled as always with mouthwatering upfront fruit flavours.
Our Charmat Rosé was the first of its kind to be produced in the UK. Made using the Charmat method that requires secondary fermentation in tank rather than bottle. The wine is uniquely English – fruity, vibrant, sassy and fun!
Fizzing with the flavours of summer. Fresh strawberries, tart redcurrants and ripe cherries.
The palate offers the mouth-watering and crunchy acidity of fleshy pink grapefruit and a hint of creaminess. A perfect aperitif for the final days of summer.
