Domaine Pinchinat has quietly been producing organic wines since 1990, long before it was a trendy word in the region. The property has belonged to the same family for over two centuries and is now expertly managed by Alain de Welle. The soils here are composed of clay and limestone making it a haven for vine growing.
Pale pink in colour and light in style, it is a classic Provence rosé to the core. Delicate hints of melon, peach and apricot on the nose are also present on the palate. The finish is persistent and fresh.
