A yellow colour white blend with light golden and greenish tones. On the nose it is expressive and vivacious, with floral notes and white fruit aromas like peach, pear and pineapple standing out. El Convertido is based in the central Spanish region Castilla‑La Mancha, known as one of Spain’s largest and most important wine-producing areas. Its vineyards lie on the central plateau (the Meseta Central), a wide, relatively flat region at moderate altitude with hot summers and cold winters — ideal conditions for the varieties grown there.
