Ashdown Boundary Block is made from 100% Merlot grapes. Aged in old oak barrels for 19 months. Light to medium bodied with a ruby to garnet hue. On the nose aromas of plum, blackcurrant, blackberry, almond, rhubarb, Cherry Bakewell and vanilla leading to flavors of cooked cherries, black currant jam, vanilla, cranberries and blackberries.
It is smooth with a good length. Its tannin structure is well balanced and delicate, while still delivering an intense and complex taste. Jérémie Huchet is a fourth-generation winemaker making his mark in Muscadet. Having taken over the family estate in 2001, Jérémie immediately went about purchasing some fantastic vineyards (which now total 64 hectares), and is slowly converting everything to organic viticulture. His white and red Chapeau wines are young wines meant for easy pleasure, while the clean, mineral L`Innatendu Muscadet is an excellent introduction to Jérémie`s vineyards and winemaking style.
Its nose is floral and develops aromas of white fruits and dried apricot. The mouth is rich, generous and well structured. The mid-palate is round, ample and nice-balanced. The long finish has a smooth but spicy character.

Bacchus grapes are particularly well suited to our High Weald terroir, and produce a fresh, aromatic, crisp white wine. This 2022 vintage shows all the benefits of the long hot summer in the UK last year and is slightly more rounded and nuanced than our previous vintages, with strong aromas of pear and gooseberry on the nose and palate and with a deliciously smooth finish.
