Our Ortega is made hand-picked grapes, harvested early October, the Ortega grapes from Kent started fermenting in our winery on the 6th of October. The pale yellow juice aged in a stainless steel tank and in a 3rd vintage oak barrel from Burgundy, before being bottled in May 2024. The wine is unfiltered, unfined and vegan friendly.
This white wine starts with a floral and citrus nose. The palate has flavours of peach, citrus and flowers leading to a long finish.
Merstone Ortega pairs perfectly with seafood, fish and chicken dishes or can be enjoyed on its own.

This is a still wine version of our Blanc de Noirs sparkling wine – a white wine made from red grapes! It has a delightful pale onion-skin hue and is intense and forward on the nose with notes of pomegranate, red cherry and mulberry. In the mouth, the wine is smooth and exceptionally well balanced with bone dry crisp acidity and notable minerality. Great to drink on its own or with food.

During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. In the 1980s they expanded their range and introduced the Almacenista range concept of buying and maturing casks from small bodegas to share excellent quality names and styles with enthusiasts around the world. Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality wines.
The Lustau Vermut Rojo NV is a stunning representation of the traditional Spanish vermouth, showcasing the unique and complex flavours of Jerez. On the nose, aromas of ripe red berries, dried fruits, and warm spices dance delicately, with a subtle hint of bitter orange peel lingering in the background. The deep ruby color of the wine is a feast for the eyes, inviting you to take a sip. To build texture and complexity the Estate Bacchus was 82% fermented in stainless steel and 18% in neutral Burgundy barrels with periodic lees stirring. Delicate and floral with flavours of ripe orchard fruits and spring blossom. The palate is full, with very subtle influence from the neutral barrels, supporting flavours of juicy nectarine and red apple skin.

The summer of 2018 left a legacy long after the long, warm summer days had faded and was well suited to producing a great harvest for reds. Nethercote Hill 2020 is a true reflection of this fantastic harvest. With light tannings, Oak undertones and a deliciously rich cherry hint on the pallet.
This wine pairs perfectly with lamb and other red meats, as well a being the perfect accompaniment to a traditional cheese board, or simply enjoy on its own. Best served at room temperature.

Our ever-popular Pet Nat is back! A purely natural wine, fermented by natural yeasts with no added sulphites. It is a light, refreshing, slightly cloudy sparkling wine and is absolutely the perfect summer drink. We bottled during harvest while the wine was still frementing, keeping a light fizz in the bottle. It has a slight yeast sediment adding a great yeasty edge to the fruit aromas. The wine will gain yeasty aromas as it ages.
This is a natural wine in every way and is difficult to make, so we only use the best grapes available to us that we know will end up with the right flavours and balance in the wine.
