Our Hambledon Zéro Dosage Rosé is produced exclusively from estate-grown Meunier grapes in the historic village of Hambledon in Hampshire.
Hambledon’s cool climate combined with ancient chalky soils creates an ideal terroir to show this grape’s true potential. This is a gastronomic Fizz, free from categorization, born from our winemaker’s artistry.
This is a fine example of the depth and complexity that Meunier can produce whilst showcasing an energy and freshness that can be independently served or paired with food throughout a meal.
A beautiful, vivid wild-strawberry pink with a hue of red onion skin on the rim. On the nose, magnolia blossom is followed stridently by perfumed wild-strawberry compote with hints of buttered white sourdough toast. Freya is a fun alternative to traditional sparkling wines. The joyous, but not sickly amount of residual sugar balances nicely against the naturally high acidity of Kerner. Interestingly, the residual sugar in this vintage is the result of the secondary fermentation (consistently) not finishing. The result is a fantastic, but casual sparkling wine that makes a great gift, or a delicious pairing with fruity desserts.

Mereworth White from White is made exclusively from Estate grown Chardonnay and crafted from a single vintage. This wine is intended to be both approachable yet intensely complex. Chardonnay grows exceptionally well on the rocky slopes of the greensand ridge where a carefully selected blend of Chardonnay clones and rootstocks produces exceptional fruit that embodies the crisp apple orchards that surround us, the tropical notes of a hot summer and a subtle hoppiness reminiscent of what was grown here before.

Palacios Remondo is a family-owned winery based in Alfaro, in Rioja Oriental, the warmest and most easterly part of the Rioja appellation. The soils here are silty and alluvial and the semi-arid Mediterranean climate is well-suited to growing Garnacha, a variety that is finally coming back into the foreground in this region, after decades of being supplanted by the more popular Tempranillo.
This wine is the epitome of Garnacha of the region, plump and generous, with layers of red fruit, subtle spicing and lively freshness. A very long, complete finish, with a savoury sign off to balance.
