For several years now our Orion, Reichensteiner and Phoenix have been expertly blended to produce the perfect English dry white wine. It is delightfully light on the palate with aromas of melon and grapefruit, with hints of kumquat and citrus.
Colchester Oyster was conceived to be the ideal complement for a wide variety of seafood and shellfish dishes, and while it has definitely achieved that aim, over the years it has also gained a following from our customers and remains one of our most popular white wines today.

Anthonij Rupert Wyne was founded on the farm, L’Ormarins in Franschhoek. Originally owned by the late Anthonij Rupert, who passed away in 2001, the farm was eventually taken over by his brother Johann Rupert in 2003 and the brand named after him. It was Johann Rupert who constructed a state-of-theart winemaking facility, catapulting the farm into a prestigious wine estate. The focus is on terroir specific wines and therefore it would seem obvious that the brand is made up of an impressive portfolio of farms representing the best in grape producing locations. The portfolio is made up of L’Ormarins from Franschhoek, Rooderust from Darling, Riebeeksrivier from the Swartland and Altima from isolated Elandskloof. Each site offers optimum varietal specific growing conditions, allowing Anthonij Rupert Wyne to adhere to the requirements of their different brands.
The nose reveals apricot and stone fruit aromas, with subtle hints of lemon and gravel. On the palate, it’s bright and vibrant, featuring a crisp, zesty acidity that’s perfectly balanced by ripe fruit flavours of apricot, melon, and quince. A lively touch of lemon zest adds a refreshing succulence. Light and refreshing, it’s irresistibly appealing, making you want to come back for more. An ideal choice for summer.

Owned by Roger Zannier, Château Saint-Maur is one of the finest properties in Provence. A few kilometres from Saint-Tropez, Saint-Maur is one of only eighteen estates that have been awarded Cru Classé status in the region. The Clos de Capelune vineyard, on the heights of Collobrières, overlooks the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. At 449m of altitude, these are the highest vines in the Côtes de Provence appellation.

This signature vintage wine is our classic blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier aged for a minimum of 24 months on its’ yeast lees. This wine presents aromas of red fruits, buttery brioche and almonds on the nose perfectly balanced with juicy nectarine, baked apples, and our signature flint minerality on the finish.

Owned by the Deniau family, Domaine des Vaublins has been a family winery for several generations. Since 2020 the Domaine is in the hands of the current generation Nicolas and Alexandrine, and together with Cedric Allion they are making some excellent wines under his watchful eye. Their 16 hectares of vines are located on the clay and limestone hillsides on the banks of the river Cher.
This Crémant de Loire is a beautiful pale gold colour with hints of green, creating a delicate and luminous appearance. It has a gentle effervescence that lingers gracefully. The aroma is a delightful blend of fruity notes, complemented by subtle hints of white flowers like honeysuckle and acacia. Cielo e Terra has dual roots in the Veneto region: the Cielo family and the winemakers of the Cantine dei Colli Berici. The Cielo family’s bond with the land dates back to 1908 in the Vicenza countryside, near the Castles of Romeo and Juliet, where the great-grandfather had bought Casa Defrà, a small farm with a vineyard. Introducing our award-winning Little Waddon Vineyard Sparkling White Col Fondo 2022. Made in the Italian ancestral method, Col Fondo undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, with the lees (sediment) adding complexity and texture.
Crafted from hand-destemmed, foot-crushed Phoenix and Seyval Blanc grapes grown on our Jurassic Coast vineyard, this low-intervention wine showcases our unique terroir. Wild fermentation, malolactic fermentation, cold curing over winter, and bottle fermentation create delicate frizzante bubbles.
The wine offers aromas of honeysuckle, peach, and almond, balanced by fresh lime acidity and an elderflower finish. Winner of Silver at the 2023 WineGB West Competition.
