Using our best Pinot Noir grapes, we have crafted a beautifully pale pink dry rosé wine that is balanced and perfectly poised. A Chardonnay that just keeps getting better and better! Fresh and bright on the nose and mouth, with lemon, citrus zest and a lovely savoury salinity. This Chardonnay is a real winner to enjoy on it’s own or alongside fish and chicken dishes served with creamy lemon and dill sauces. Is your mouth watering yet?
The fruit was picked mid October, de-stemmed and pressed with partial wild yeast fermentation with over 70% in oak barrels, 5.4% of it new, and the rest of the ferment in stainless steel.
The 2022 was one of those glorious wine grape growing years. Spring started out mild and frost free. Summer brought so much sun along with the heat and drought, the clay soils loved it! Autumn was kind enough to offer a bountiful harvest and perfect ripeness for our still wines.

A classic blend of chardonnay and pinot noir that exemplifies english finesse and balance. Pale gold with a delicate mousse, this traditional method brut has alluring aromas of crisp red apples, zesty citrus and gentle floral notes. Natural fermentation, low alcohol dry white wine made from Seyval Blanc grapes from our vineyard in Pembrokeshire.
After a dry, hot summer the 2022 vintage of Naturiol was picked on the 28th October 2022.
It has been naturally fermented meaning no added yeast or sugar, no filtration or fining were used to avoid stripping out the flavour compounds.
On the nose the wine presents fresh and with notes of pear, marizpan and a slight touch of aniseed. On the palate it is light-textured yet brimming with crunchy orchard fruit, such as green apple and yellow pear. A soft mouthfeel, and a long, zingy aftertaste.

Oastbrook Estate White Pinot Noir 2023 (6 Bottles) Robertsbridge, Kent, England

The wine presents a light gold colour, with subtle red fruit aromas strawberry and red cherries with a hint of acacia and black pepper, this leads to delicioulsy rounded succulent palate balanced by beautifully clean acidity. The wine somehow both cleanses and envelopes on the finish.
100% Pinot Noir, the grapes from our vineyard were handpicked, and pressed in October. After low temperature fermentation to accentuate the thiol aromas the wine was left in tank over winter but not allowed to go to malolactic fermentation, the juice was very clear and required minimal fining and developed a rich aroma of red fruits with a soft creamy palate with crisp acidity. The wine was bottled in March 2024.

Rhosyn - the Welsh word for rose – a vintage, traditional method sparkling wine from our 2021 harvest is a blend of our seyval blanc and pinot noir grapes with gentle skin contact providing a delicate blush to the wine.
Starting with floral notes of cherry blossom and rose petals. Hints of red fruit, cherries, strawberries, and pomegranate. Good acidity, delicate savoury pastry notes, a fine mousse, and good length.
