Childhood friends Christian Collovray and Jean-Luc Terrier each grew up in a family of winemakers and shared a bond from a young age. Following the success of Domaine des Deux Roches, in 1997 Christian and Jean-Luc branched out from Mâcon and purchased land in the southwest of the Languedoc in Limoux. This site benefits from an elevation of up to 500 meters, thereby moderating the Mediterranean climate. The shallow, limestone-based soils are ideal for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Hailing from the high-altitude vineyards of the Vallée de l’Aude in the Languedoc, this wine takes its name—Turitelles—from the distinctive cone-shaped marine fossils scattered throughout the soils, lending a vibrant, mineral-driven edge. On the palate, it bursts with crunchy red berries and juicy peach, finishing with an ultra-light, refreshing crispness.

This sweet vermouth has been hand-crafted from distilled Sauvignon wine, blended with Pinot Noir and carefully selected botanical infusions of herbs, spices and citrus peel.
Beautifully bitter wormwood aromas are intertwined with dark notes of cacao and coffee, creamy undertones of vanilla, earthy rooibos tea leaves, and sweetness from caramelised Albury honey. This rare creation is Eglantine’s first red wine for a decade! Made from the grapes of a small quantity of red grape vines. Regent and Rondo grape varieties have a short growing season, allowing them to ripen well in the Nottinghamshire climate. Made into wine in South Nottinghamshire by international award winning maker Tony Skuriat, a true local wine!
This wine is a blend across multiple vintages: 2017 through to 2022. The juice began it’s fermentation on the skins, giving it a deep red colour and rich tannins.
Plumpton Estate Medium Sweet Ortega 2021 (6 Bottles) Plumpton, East Sussex, England

The Ortega grapes are hand-harvested and transported to the winery where they are destemmed, crushed, and pressed. The ferment was tasted daily and stopped at desired residual sugar level by chilling and filtering. The yeast was specially selected and was a sweet wine yeast Zymaflore ST. This yeast is susceptible to cold shock, making it easy to stop the ferment.
An aromatic medium sweet wine, well balanced with uplifting aromas of peach, gooseberry and elderflower.

This grape produces dark blue grapes when ripened at the end of October giving the wine a slight blush appearance. By allowing the natural fermentation to extend to 30 months, the Pinot grape makes a very fine sparkling wine having a fruity aroma and spicy flavour. Crisp and dry.
