A key part of our core range, “Painter of Light” is a wine that expresses refinement and elegance playing into varietal characters and vintage reflection. Following in a similar vein to previous vintages,
the wine with more citrus with a strong backbone lent through the English acidity. The oak is prevalent but restrained embracing tropical and stone fruit character with underlying smokey and flint characters. The palate has minerality and length with underlying elements of citrus and saline notes.

Made with the rare Kernling grape, a variety related to Reisling and shares it's aging potential. Our Leonora's wines happily age for more than 10 years, developing honey and orange blossom.
The 2018 vintage is dry, complex and starting to develop the classic "petrol" aromas associated with good Reisling and the lemon/lime is evolving into pink grapefruit. Pairs well with anything you would squeeze lemon on (oysters, perhaps?).

This is quite possibly the best sparkling wine that we’ve made so far. The 2015 combines the richness of our 2013 and the crisp fresh side of 2014 a balance that gives the best of both worlds. The wine is pretty much equal quantities of Chardonnay , Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with 15% Reserve Wine from previous vintages going right back to 2010 .
It was disgorged in late 2019 after four years on the lees. It still has plenty of room for development and will continue to improve for five or more years.

Our signature white wine at Burn Valley continues to shine, barrel fermented and aged in Hungarian oak for eight months with a mixture of new and aged oak, partial malolactic fermentation is done to produce a rich buttery finish. Torri Cantine, producers of organic wine in Abruzzo for 60 years, has always made the respect for nature and for the land its priority. The radiant vine-covered hills of Torri Cantine express an infinite variety of scents and all the colours of the earth warmed by the sun. The Torri Cantine vineyards extend over 60 hectares in the municipalities of Colonnella, Controguerra and Torano, in the province of Teramo, from 100 to 300 meters above sea level. The favorable climatic conditions and the generous soil, together with the patient and scrupulous work in the vineyard and in the cellar, have made it possible to obtain wines of great value.
Colour is bright yellow, with a nose full of white flowers and light sensations of fruitness. Fresh, dry and lightly bitter at the end. Lovely with every seafood dish and cold pasta.

Saffron Grange Blanc de Blancs 2021 (6 Bottles) Saffron Walden, Essex, England

We are so thrilled to introduce our first ever Saffron Grange Blanc de Blancs; a style of wine that we personally love here and have wanted to showcase for a while. Due to a bumper crop of Chardonnay in 2021 we were able to finally achieve this and now it’s ready for you to get your hands on!
This signature vintage wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, gently pressed and then aged for a minimum of 26 months in bottle and on its’ yeast lees and was disgorged in the summer to allow the wine to fully integrate before its release.
This Blanc de Blancs is abundant with orchard fruits, apple blossom and candied lemon on the nose with delicate yuzu, white peaches and a hint of flaky pastry on the palate. The finish is long with an elegant, flinty minerality.
We recommend enjoying this wine chilled on its own as an aperitif or, with seared scallops, creamy chicken cooked in a white wine sauce or with artisanal British cheeses.
