From a cool vintage on the south-facing Clayhill vineyard in Essex, this is a more ethereal approach for the Battersea-based urban winery's signature Pinot Noir. Freshly picked hawthorn berry, raspberry and a hint of cedar. A lightweight palate of juicy red berries seasoned with sweet herbs, well balanced and delicate with a soft tannic grip. Our Classic Method sparkling wine made with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc.
Beautifully balanced and white gold in colour, it has a natural richness and floral bouquet. A portion of this wine is matured in oak barrels then it is aged for 36 months in our underground cave before hand disgorge and finishing.
Nutty Vintage can compete with any sparkling wine in the world. Great for lavish entertaining and special celebrations, it is a lovely aperitif to pair with canapés, oysters, smoked salmon and quail eggs. It is also a treat to cut the sweetness of rich chocolatey desserts.

The art: Just as Nutbourne wines are only made from grapes grown on the estate, every bottle features Bridget Gladwin’s paintings. This artwork is of the vine in Winter – old intertwined wood, resting after producing the wine, which is gently maturing in the cave.

This award winning wine (Bronze Wine GB Awards) is made from grapes from the 2023 harvest this wine has just been released in August 2024. Comprising of Bacchus and Schonburger and very lightly oaked (20% in barrel).
This wine shows a more subtle and nuanced side to Bacchus. It has a harmonious bouquet of white peach and jasmine, with a light herbal verbena edge. On the palate it is fresh and crisp, with partial barrel and malolactic fermentation giving added texture and depth, ultimately delivering a long mineral finish.

This wine would go down beautifully with a mackerel paté with blinis or with a good old fashioned Eton mess!
This is the eleventh release of our best and most acclaimed sparkling rosé wine. Made with 92% Pinot Noir and a dash of Pinot Meunier lovingly picked at the end of a cool and challenging season. The grape were from the ripest plots across our two site picked around the end of the third week of October.
