An alarmingly refreshing and creamy rosé, made of 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Boasting a rich red fruit profile of fresh raspberry and cranbrerry, plus a hint of menthol, backed up by a gloriously mouth watering citrus finish, with a tickle of spice. Named after an early Iron Age hillfort that was one of the first settlements in the area.

A honeyed straw colour in the glass; rich and inviting with a refined and refreshing balance on the palate. The wine presents a light gold colour, with subtle red fruit aromas strawberry and red cherries with a hint of acacia and black pepper, this leads to delicioulsy rounded succulent palate balanced by beautifully clean acidity. The wine somehow both cleanses and envelopes on the finish.
100% Pinot Noir, the grapes from our vineyard were handpicked, and pressed in October. After low temperature fermentation to accentuate the thiol aromas the wine was left in tank over winter but not allowed to go to malolactic fermentation, the juice was very clear and required minimal fining and developed a rich aroma of red fruits with a soft creamy palate with crisp acidity. The wine was bottled in March 2024.

A limited edition of 100 bottles. This is a pudding fizz made at Hattingley Valley and disgorged at Offbeat Wines by Daniel Ham, our winemaker. A newly developed German variety, perfectly suited for organic cultivation in northern Europe, has produced a medium-dry white wine with pale gold hues. The wine offers notes of apricot and apple on the palate and has an 11% alcohol content.
The 2022 vintage has just arrived, crafted in partnership with a new winery. However, as the winemaking process was non-organic, this vintage will be offered exclusively to tour groups and will not be available for retail sale. This limited release provides a unique opportunity for visitors to enjoy a fresh and distinctive wine during their vineyard experience.
