Smooth, lightly oaked & food-friendly dry white wine from 100% Pinot Blanc.
This well-rounded dry wine has aromas of pear with floral notes of lilac and jasmine and a hint of toastiness from a short time in oak. On the palate, it is plump and centred with a fresh finish.
A smooth texture and a long finish makes this Pinot Blanc a versatile wine for food pairing. Try a glass with roast chicken, mild cheeses, creamy pasta sauces and rich egg dishes like quiche lorraine. Jérémie Huchet is a fourth-generation winemaker making his mark in Muscadet. Having taken over the family estate in 2001, Jérémie immediately went about purchasing some fantastic vineyards (which now total 64 hectares), and is slowly converting everything to organic viticulture. His white and red Chapeau wines are young wines meant for easy pleasure, while the clean, mineral L`Innatendu Muscadet is an excellent introduction to Jérémie`s vineyards and winemaking style.
The Chapeau Melon Rouge presents a light cherry colour with a nose of ripe red fruits. This dry red wine reveals a pleasant freshness with light tannins. The palate is gourmet, smooth and fruity.

However, as the winemaking process was non-organic, this vintage will be offered exclusively to tour groups and will not be available for retail sale. The Rondo is whole bunch pressed and fermented in Stainless Steel tanks to preserve the rich berry fruits. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are whole bunch pressed and aged in French oak 225L barrels to add smooth structure and body. There are aromas of Citrus, Mulberry, blackcurrants and strawberries coupled with delicious summer fruit freshness on the palate. Enjoy on its own or with grilled shellfish, salade niçoise, paella, rustic pâtés and terrines, charcuterie and sheep’s cheese. Medium bodied dry wine. 11% abv.
Off The Line Hip Rosé (6 Bottles) Hellingly, East Sussex, England

Hip Rosé 2022 is made from Pinot Noir grown at Off The Line vineyard. 2022 was a year that produced grapes of excellent quality. The fruit was whole-bunched pressed, aged in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with lees stirring.
It’s super pale in colour, dry and Provencal is style. Linear it yields stone fruit, redcurrant, savoury and floral tones with a refreshing finish.
