A lightly oaked chardonnay blend, dry with a round palate of pear, peach, yellow apple, and citrus fruit. Creamy, butterscotch notes with a good use of light oak showing vanilla and toast, adding structure and complexity. This is a voluptuous wine with a rich long finish. Using our best Pinot Noir grapes, we have crafted a beautifully pale pink dry rosé wine that is balanced and perfectly poised. Boasting rich aromas of wild strawberries which continues on the front palate, giving way to summer berry fruits and dried herbs with a juicy red apple finish. Bottled in March 2024, the wine offers summer berry fruit flavours and a dry, zesty finish that will transport you straight to a warm summer’s day no matter the weather.

Sandridge Barton Bacchus 2022 (6 Bottles) Stoke Gabriel, Devon, England

The first Bacchus in our Sandridge Barton range offers up a broader and richer expression. Whole-bunched pressed Bacchus, fermented in both stainless steel and third-fill oak barrels before being matured for a further 8 months in old French oak barrels for maturation. The wine is unfiltered and has spend a further 10 months in bottle prior to release.
The palate is alive and bursting with lemon pith, melon and kiwi flavours, lifted by a lime-like acidity and some subtle oak tannin. This dry, textual and broad Bacchus shows a different side to UK's fourth most planted grape variety.

he 2019 Blanc de Noirs is an almost equal blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier at 51% and 49% respectively, with a small addition of 3% reserve wine.
It was bottled in September 2020 and disgorged in November 2023, thus spending more than our minimum of three years on lees for our sparkling white wines. It has now spent over a year on cork, which has given us confidence, after tasting of course, that it is in a sweet spot and ready to be released and enjoyed.
