This is quite possibly the best sparkling wine that we’ve made so far. The 2015 combines the richness of our 2013 and the crisp fresh side of 2014 a balance that gives the best of both worlds. The wine is pretty much equal quantities of Chardonnay , Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with 15% Reserve Wine from previous vintages going right back to 2010 .
It was disgorged in late 2019 after four years on the lees. It still has plenty of room for development and will continue to improve for five or more years.

2022 was an exceptional year vintage at Ashling Park, representing our best red wine fruit of the year. Aged in French and American oak barrels for almost one year, giving structure, complexity and depth. Childhood friends Christian Collovray and Jean-Luc Terrier each grew up in a family of winemakers and shared a bond from a young age. Following the success of Domaine des Deux Roches, in 1997 Christian and Jean-Luc branched out from Mâcon and purchased land in the southwest of the Languedoc in Limoux. This site benefits from an elevation of up to 500 meters, thereby moderating the Mediterranean climate. The shallow, limestone-based soils are ideal for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Hailing from the high-altitude vineyards of the Vallée de l’Aude in the Languedoc, this wine takes its name—Turitelles—from the distinctive cone-shaped marine fossils scattered throughout the soils, lending a vibrant, mineral-driven edge. On the palate, it bursts with crunchy red berries and juicy peach, finishing with an ultra-light, refreshing crispness.

This limited release Pinot Gris is very reminiscent of an Alsace Pinot Gris, richer than the Bacchus and fuller bodied it is very well balanced. Floral notes, ripe melon and a touch of citrus on the nose and flavours of Elderflower, apricot and peach on the palate. This wine has a slight spice and yet a refreshing finish.

This “field blend” wine showcases the unique terroir of Nutbourne - combining the soil, the geography and the climate of our special corner of West Sussex. There is no other wine in the world to replicate it.
With tremendous freshness and wild fruit flavours, it is crisp, dry, and aromatic, combining our old vine Riesling-style German varietals with Pinot Noir. Perfect to drink on its own but also has enough zing to stand up to spicy foods, lighter game birds or a wholesome fish pie.
The art: Just as Nutbourne wines are only made from grapes grown on the estate, every bottle features Bridget Gladwin’s paintings. This painting depicts the striking double-curtain trellising system in Winter. The individual vine stands as a sculpture, a thing of beauty and nobility in its own right.

This off-dry vermouth has been hand crafted from distilled Sauvignon wine blended with Pinot Noir and a lovingly considered selection of botanicals.
Vibrant aromas of sweet orange, mint and kaffir lime leaf are complimented by bold black tea and sweet honeybush with a hint of bay leaf and toasted oak for added complexity. A delicious amalgamation of nutmeg, orange peel, lemon balm and just a hint of Tasmanian mountain pepper adds body and, as with any vermouth, wormwood provides a distinctive tongue-smacking bitterness.
