Plumpton Estate Brut Reserve is a powerful blend of Reising,
Seyval Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Regner. The base wine is
fermented in tank, then again once in bottle. This wine has
been aged for five years on lees to infuse pronounced
tertiary aromas. The unique blend of several varieties
produces a one-of-a-kind, alternative wine to traditional
method champagne varietal wines.

According to legend, Frontonio was beheaded by the Romans, his head found upstream after it had been thrown into the Ebro. Going against the current is at the heart of this project, hence the name Frontonio.
