A darker and brooding style of rose made from 100% Pinot Noir. Extended skin contact and barrel ageing has added structure and complexity on top of the plush red cherry fruit, floral lift and spice. The Hanwell Classic is pale gold in colour with delicate, long-lasting bubbles. The beautifully complex bouquet combines aromas of green apples with fresh lemon and delicate toasted notes from ageing for 15 months on the lees in bottle. On the palate, the complexity continues with notes of soft lemon sherbet, biscuit and a yeasty character. Refreshing and perfectly balanced, with a delightfully long finish.

This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to Pimms! The white base wine is Dorset grown Phoenix grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine based distilled spirit. We then blend with all natural extracts and pure sugar cane. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly flavorful, slightly sweetened wine is best served over ice. You can serve it in a pitcher with ice and garnish with fruit, or pour into a glass over ice and top with something fizzy. It’s so refreshing and yummy it’ll become your go to sunshine sipper!

We've aimed to replicate the aromas and flavour that made it so popular and we are very pleased with the 2019 vintage.
A fresh wine, with apricots and almonds on the nose followed by tropical fruits and greengages on the palate. It is the perfect English wine for summer.

Jérémie Huchet is a fourth-generation winemaker making his mark in Muscadet. Having taken over the family estate in 2001, Jérémie immediately went about purchasing some fantastic vineyards (which now total 64 hectares), and is slowly converting everything to organic viticulture. His white and red Chapeau wines are young wines meant for easy pleasure, while the clean, mineral L`Innatendu Muscadet is an excellent introduction to Jérémie`s vineyards and winemaking style.
The Chapeau Melon Rouge presents a light cherry colour with a nose of ripe red fruits. This dry red wine reveals a pleasant freshness with light tannins. The palate is gourmet, smooth and fruity.
