The grapes are whole bunch pressed into a mix of stainless steel tanks and old Burgundy barrels for fermentation. The combination of tanks and barrels offers a depth and complexity that enhances aromas of elderflower, citrus, grapefruit, pineapple and white pepper.
We are excited to bring back the second edition of our GMF, an early release, champagne method sparkling wine. The 2020 vintage was the forever summer of Britain, adding to a long warm growing season with exceptional quality. Bottled under crown cap, we leave this opulent wine undisgorged, giving the benefit continued lees ageing in the bottle, adding to the texture and complexity. The wine spends a minimum of 6 months ageing on lees prior to bottling and secondary fermentation.

The Cape Mentelle journey is a true labour of love, born from humble beginnings in 1970 with just sixteen hectares of vines. Fast forward to today, and this iconic winery has carefully crafted each blend to showcase the unique characteristics of its terroir, resulting in wines that are both complex and approachable.
This wine is a crafted blend of flavours and textures, showcasing the best of Margaret River Shiraz. This 16 Hectares Shiraz is a medium-bodied delight, with a rich array of dark fruit flavours, including red cherry, blackberry, and spiced plum. These flavours are beautifully complemented by layers of cedar and warm spice, adding depth and complexity to the wine. With its finely textured tannins and refreshing acidity, this wine is both elegant and refined. The gravelly soils of the Wallcliffe vineyard have imparted a subtle minerality, while the wild-yeast fermentation has added a touch of nuance. With its vibrant colour, balanced structure, and poised finish, this wine is a joy to drink now, with the potential to age gracefully for years to come.

Non vintage English Sparkling Brut Reserve. Typically 2 ½ to 3 years on lees, blended with 2 to 3 prior years’ reserve wines. The wine is only released after a further 6-12 months on cork.
This elegant brut sparkling blend showcases a harmonious balance of flavours. The 40% Chardonnay provides a rich, creamy texture, while the 50% Pinot Noir adds depth and complexity. The 10% Pinot Meunier contributes a subtle fruitiness and delicate acidity. Nestled in the rain shadow of the Czech-Moravian Highlands, in the Znojmo sub-region of Moravia, sits Thaya. Winemaker Jakub Smrčka has been building the name for himself and for Thaya over these last few years. Having produced his first vintage in 2011, when he was only 20 years old, he came to Thaya passionate about the terroir of his homeland, his rule is simple yet bold: each vintage must be a little better than the previous one.
The wine presents a golden yellow hue and offers a wide array of aromas, including hints of baked bread crust and ripe yellow fruits, with a subtle note of honeycomb. On the palate, it is harmonious and mineral, showcasing a delicate touch of barrel ageing that adds depth to its flavour profile.
