The nose brims with ripe morello cherry, bramble fruits and raspberry alongside sweet spice, milk chocolate and toasted notes. Launched in 2015, Valentin Leflaive was granted the status of ‘négociant-manipulant’ in 2020 enabling the company to manage the whole production chain including the purchase of grapes. A boutique winery was opened in Oger with a traditional ageing cellar dug deep into the chalk. Chef de Caves Christophe Pitois, who looks after the important relationship with the growers, is assisted by talented enologist Clément Galois. Both are from the Champagne region.
The colour reveals golden yellow reflections and a fine effervescence. The nose is expressive, with notes of ripe fruits such as white peach punctuated by brioche and toasted aromas. The attack is creamy and complex. A beautiful aromatic palate finishes on refreshing lemon and citrus notes.
12.5% ABV.

Taking inspiration from the great rosé wines of Bandol, Rioja, and Corsica, Ana and I wanted to craft a dry English rosé that was deep in colour and character – the antithesis to the ubiquitous, industrially-made, and flavourless pale pink wines of a certain corner of France – but not lacking in refreshment.
So we blended barrels of perfectly ripe, gently macerated Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grown across all our vineyards during the incandescent 2023 vintage – a fabulous year for viticulture in the south of England.
Showing an elegant red berry character and beautifully supple texture, Dear Noodles crackles with energy and juicy acidity on its bone-dry finish.
Dear Noodles is a love letter in a bottle, with a label viewed from a different perspective... Or rather lack of label, as the colour and the flavour – as well as a few words from a stolen moment – tell you all you need to know.

This dry white sparkling wine is made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay grapes hand-picked from our vineyard in October 2019.
It was made using the classic bottle fermentation method and has spent three years on the lees. It is pale gold in colour and displays a fine mousse.
It has a floral bouquet with grapefruit and lemon on the nose. Dry on the palate with delicate aromas of apple, white peach, lemon and lime and a nutty finish.
