Our multi-vintage blend uses fruit from all varieties and areas of our single vineyard to produce a wine that displays the unique qualities of the whole site. Using reserve wines, aged in oak, that have been carefully built up and nurtured from our very first harvest, we can add layers of complexity and texture to each wine. Every numbered release has it’s own identity and make up, which we love to celebrate. No 8 is based on the wonderful Pinot year that is 2019. It was a cooler and longer ripening season than 2018 and gives this wine a more elegant and focussed structure. The pronounced Pinot character is already giving lovely toasty complexity which will continue to build over the next few years. Enjoy on release but will also reward further ageing.

This Court Garden Ditchling White is a delicious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Ortega. The varieties were fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain the clean aromas and soft fruit notes and then blended to create this delicious single-vineyard estate white wine. This is a light medium bodied dry wine. There are aromas of apple, grapefruit, lime and stone fruits, as well as tropical fruits on the palette and a clean fresh finish. This Cabernet offers up everything you`d hunt for in Bordeaux, yet this red is from South Africa`s Hardenberg. Deep black in colour with cigar box, pencil shavings and truffle overlaying the ripe, rich red and black fruit beneath. Judicious use of oak and good acidity provides an impressive structure which this pure fruit clings to, offering lingering, fine tannins on the finish.
