This is quite possibly the best sparkling wine that we’ve made so far. The 2018 combines the richness of our 2013 and the depth of 2011 a balance that gives the best of both worlds. The wine is pretty much equal quantities of Chardonnay , Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with 15% Reserve Wine from previous vintages going right back to 2010 .
It was disgorged in late 2023after four years on the lees. It still has plenty of room for development and will continue to improve for five or more years.

Telmo Rodriguez is one of the most well-known personalities in Spanish winemaking. Though his family home is in Rioja Alavesa, Telmo’s influence can be felt in many regions of Spain. For more than 30 years, Telmo and his business partner, Pablo Eguzkiza, have been rediscovering historic vineyards and investing in infrastructure. Telmo and Pablo were one of the first modern-day winemakers to arrive in Valdeorras and helped bring attention to the incredible terraced vineyards of Ladeiras do Xil. This part of Galicia is the domain of Godello and Mencia, both varieties are often planted in tiny vineyard plots on granitic soils.
A clean, vibrant nose reveals lively aromas of green apple and pear, accented by subtle hints of fresh herbs. The palate is bright and balanced, with crisp acidity that brings harmony and lift. A gentle herbaceous note lingers on the finish, showcasing both depth and excellent varietal character.

The Cape Mentelle journey is a true labour of love, born from humble beginnings in 1970 with just sixteen hectares of vines. This wine is a crafted blend of flavours and textures, showcasing the best of Margaret River Shiraz. This 16 Hectares Shiraz is a medium-bodied delight, with a rich array of dark fruit flavours, including red cherry, blackberry, and spiced plum. New release! This is the latest release of our best-selling Rosé Brut from the successful 2022 vintage. This release is made exactly in exactly the same style - albeit a little lighter in appearance - from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir and having spent over 18 months on lees.
Pale salmon in colour with an abundance of fine bubbles, the wine has notes of strawberry, some blood orange, summer citrus freshness with a little creamy nougat on the nose. The freshness continues into the palate with some lightly bready notes and a little some summer fruit salad. Reminiscent of a summer day with the sun going down, this is the perfect aperitif or paired with with light starter dishes. ABV 12%.

Oastbrook Estate Reserve Pinot Noir 2021 (6 Bottles) Robertsbridge, Kent, England

Intense dark ruby colour clean and crisp with the pure expressive terroir on the palate
Medium bodied with moderate tannins the wine is, silky and aromatic with notable freshness and a splash bouquet of summer red fruits predominantly strawberries and dry cranberry , orange rinds, and slightly spicey with a hint of warm vanilla toast and cream caramel with a long finish.
The tannins are still fresh but well balanced and this a wine that could be drunk now but will age well.
This wine pairs well with duck, beef bourguignon and roasted chicken as well as hard cheese.
