Hand-picked into small 10kg crates. Whole cluster press. Fermentation: Inoculated, 10 days. Full MLF. Small component barrel fermented.
A blend of 60.5% Pinot Noir, 37% Chardonnay and 2.5% Pinot Meunier, made in the Saignée method, this intensely coloured wine is bled off following contact with the skins. Saignée sparkling rosés often have deep colours and powerful, complex flavour profiles.
The nose immediately draws you in, with wild strawberries and macerated red berry flavours that recall the very ripest red berries of the summer. There are also hints of cherry shortbread and winter spice.

Gardner Street has the classic floral, elderflower note we have come to know of contemporary Bacchus, married with a touch of ripe stone fruit from the barrel fermented Chardonnay.
Sourced from vineyard partners in Essex and Kent we harvested the vineyard parcels separately and fermented as small lots to allow the expression of their respective sites to shine through. 30% of the blend was fermented in neutral 300L French oak barrels and
allowed to go through malolactic fermentation, while the remaining parcels were fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel and did not go through malolactic fermentation.

This wine shows fragrant notes of green apple, lemon and mint on the nose with hints of lime. It’s very refreshing on the palate, mineral and crisp which makes it a perfect food wine: a delicious accompaniment to salads and sea food. Best served between 10-12ºC. ABV 10.5%

This off-dry vermouth has been hand crafted from distilled Sauvignon wine blended with Pinot Noir and a lovingly considered selection of botanicals.
Vibrant aromas of sweet orange, mint and kaffir lime leaf are complimented by bold black tea and sweet honeybush with a hint of bay leaf and toasted oak for added complexity. A delicious amalgamation of nutmeg, orange peel, lemon balm and just a hint of Tasmanian mountain pepper adds body and, as with any vermouth, wormwood provides a distinctive tongue-smacking bitterness.

This delicious organic Chardonnay from Greece, was our first ever guest producer. Another example of how this magnificent grape can taste different (again) in another climate or from a different terroir. This has enough ‘classic chard’ to please traditionalists, but real intrigue via lemon and mountain herb notes to interest the keenest of inquisitive palettes. From France this would be twice the price…..

This rich but easy drinking still white wine benefits from a wonderful variety of smooth orchard and citrus fruit flavours. This comes from the exceptional vintage of 2022, the first time we’ve been able to get the required ripeness in the fruit to make a still Pinot Gris to go alongside our iconic sparkling Pinot Gris. Cielo e Terra has dual roots in the Veneto region: the Cielo family and the winemakers of the Cantine dei Colli Berici. The Cielo family’s bond with the land dates back to 1908 in the Vicenza countryside, near the Castles of Romeo and Juliet, where the great-grandfather had bought Casa Defrà, a small farm with a vineyard. They enjoy making wines with passion and innovation to create signature versions of traditional Italian wines, looking for the right balance between personality and easy-drinking.

A precise and elegant still Rosé with floral aromas on the nose and juicy cranberry, fresh strawberries and cream on the palate; a quintessential expression of an English summer. Meunier led-blend, whole bunch pressed to extract delicate creamy texture. Delicious on it’s own or with light salads.
