Wild Rose Sparkling Rosé captivates with its delicate wild-rose pink hue, exuding elegance and complexity. On the nose, vibrant aromas of ripe red berries intertwine with subtle floral nuances.
The palate is a delightful balance of freshness and bright fruit, with luscious notes of strawberries and raspberries complemented by a soft, creamy texture, a result of partial malolactic fermentation. This harmonious interplay concludes with a beautifully long, refined finish.
Aged for a minimum of 22 months on lees and rested an additional six months on cork post-disgorgement, this sparkling rosé demonstrates exceptional maturity and finesse.
Wild Rose shines alongside sashimi and maki rolls, enhanced by the salty tang of soy sauce and the zing of fresh ginger. It also pairs effortlessly with charcuterie boards and cheese platters. Pinot Low is a delicious choice for any occasion, especially warm afternoons and fun picnics, allowing you to reduce your alcohol and calorie intake without sacrificing flavour.
This wine-based drink is made with early-picked Pinot Noir grapes, that have very low sugar levels and therefore, their final alcohol content is lower than usual. After crushing follows a short maceration on the skins to extract a delicate colour, with fermentation taking place at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness.
The bottle has no plastic or metal capsule to avoid unnecessary packaging. A simpler look for a more sustainable future!

This dry English wine comes from grapes that grow at a property Melbury Vale co-manages locally. The breakdown is about 80% Bacchus grapes, with the remaining 20% coming from a traditionally German variety called Reichensteiner. Both varieties of white grapes ripen very well in the cool Dorset climate, producing crisp approachable dry wines. Reichensteiner is a light, floral grape that is perfect for blending. Bacchus is well known as the “Sauvignon Blanc of the UK” so we know Sauvignon Blanc lovers, or lovers of any refreshing, dry white wines will love our Elegance.
