A darker and brooding style of rose made from 100% Pinot Noir. Extended skin contact and barrel ageing has added structure and complexity on top of the plush red cherry fruit, floral lift and spice. Light and approachable, with soft tannin and some crunchy red berry fruit on the finish. Can be enjoyed cool or at room temperature. Pairs perfectly with a hard goats cheese or your Christmas turkey.

This delicious organic Chardonnay from Greece, was our first ever guest producer. Another example of how this magnificent grape can taste different (again) in another climate or from a different terroir. This has enough ‘classic chard’ to please traditionalists, but real intrigue via lemon and mountain herb notes to interest the keenest of inquisitive palettes. Núria Altés is a native of Batea, Terra Alta, and her family have been growers for generations. A proud Catalan, Núria is deeply immersed in the history of the region and will gladly recount the stories of her beloved land over a glass of Garnatxa Negra. She worked in local wineries before forming a partnership with her English husband, Rafael De Haan, to start Herència Altés, a project proudly carrying her family`s name in tribute to their work in the vineyards of Terra Alta over many generations.
Light and bright colour with golden reflections. Very expressive nose that awakens aromas of citrus, fruit and Mediterranean herbs. In the mouth it is very fresh, with a vibrant acidity, and very elegant.

Domaine des Deux Roches Bourgogne Blanc Tradition 2022 (6 Bottles) Burgundy, France

Domaine Deux Roches is based in the village of Davayé, in the Mâconnais, and is jointly owned by Jean-Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray. Their 50 hectares of vineyards largely lie between the twin escarpments of Solutré and Vergisson and showcase the diverse terroirs of this region. The wines of Deux Roches are known for their drinkability and offer great value for money.
This Bourgogne Blanc by Domaine Des Deux Roches has an appealing bouquet of fresh apples and bright citrus fruits with a delicate hint of spice. Creamy stone fruits on the palate are underscored by a refreshing mineral character. Beautifully balanced with a lingering finish. Great value for money.

Hungerhill Merstone Bacchus 2023 (6 Bottles) Bedford, Bedfordshire, England

Our Bacchus is made from hand-picked grapes, harvested in early October 2023, the Bacchus grapes from Suffolk, Essex, Oxfordshire and Hungerhill Vineyard were gently pressed in our winery. The pale lemon juice was Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in a third vintage oak barrel from Burgundy, before being bottled in May 2024. The wine is unfiltered, unfined and vegan friendly.
This white wine starts with a floral, citrus and elderflower nose and have aromas of citrus, grapefruit and peach. The Merstone Bacchus is refreshing on the palace and has a long finish.
Merstone Bacchus pairs perfectly with seafood, fish and chips dishes or can be enjoyed on its own.

The 2018 Element 20 is made solely from Chardonnay fermented, and aged in 2- to 5-year-old French oak barriques for 12 months and left on full lees prior to bottling in September.
Complex, mature, elegant, and stylish there is a flintiness on the nose that carries through to a gracefully oaked full-bodied wine with a balancing acidity and a fine long, creamy, and persistent finish that pairs well with seafood and vegetarian dishes.
