This wine is our Jane's that has been matured for 11 months in Fraîcheur barrels, which are a special mix of oak and acacia wood. It gains complexity and is all together a more serious wine.
A touch of tannin on the finish makes this a good food wine, especially with white meats and goats cheeses.
The 2023 vintage starts with touch of vanilla, then some lemony acacia on the mid palate and a touch of tannin to finish.

At the Wine GB East 2022 Awards, Dedham Vale Vineyard 2018 Sparkling Brut was awarded a Silver Medal in recognition of its outstanding quality.
This Brut Sparkling wine is made using the methode champenoise. It has spent time on its lees generating a refreshing lively mousse (the French term for the bubbles that rise to the top of a sparkling wine), good depth on the palate with attractive fresh fruit flavours and yeasty overtones.
Pristine with persistent bubbles and cream texture. Toast and citrus fruit with balsamic notes. Very long fresh gooseberry finish.

Domaine Deux Roches is based in the village of Davayé, in the Mâconnais, and is jointly owned by Jean-Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray. Their 50 hectares of vineyards largely lie between the twin escarpments of Solutré and Vergisson and showcase the diverse terroirs of this region. The wines of Deux Roches are known for their drinkability and offer great value for money.
A multi award winning rich, full-bodied dry white wine from Burgundy. With notes of floral scents orange blossom, honeysuckle, and acacia flowers, fruity flavours of white peach, pear, green apple, golden apple, and apricot. Our first release from the 2018 plantings, this limited edition wine is made from 100% Pinot Gris. This still white wine is beautifully rounded, with bright floral notes, delicate pear and stone fruit.
A portion of the wine was matured in French oak barrels and aged for six months to add richness and body.
Perfect when paired with fresh seafood such as crab linguine, scallops or with a platter of antipasti.
The art: Nutbourne wines are a family affair, made only from grapes grown on the estate, and every bottle features a Bridget Gladwin painting on the label, selected to complement the wine. This painting of the Seven Sisters cliffs was created high on the Sussex Downs on a bright, blustery day. it captures a kaleidoscope of colours, freshness and light from the sea, landscape and sky.

This third release of our “SB” is a refreshing sparkling wine with deliciously English Sauvignon Blanc aromas of nettle, gooseberry & grass, heightened by flavours on the palate that deliver a savoury note. Bacchus grape is a cross between Müller-Thurgau and Silvaner-Riesling and tastes quite like a Sauvignon Blanc.
