We’ve been creative and taken the ever-popular Cherry wine and applied our traditional method sparkling wine making skills!
This decadent Sweet Cherry Fizz has all the taste of the still Cherry but with some yeasty notes to add to the complexity and those lovely light bubbles indicative of bottle-fermented. The result is a delightful taste-bud-tingling, warming cherry treat.
It has a lovely fruity bouquet and a rich, well rounded flavour with some sweetness on the palate. A very popular feature of our range, this wine is good as an aperitif or with dessert.
From our parent vineyard – Eglantine Vineyard in Nottinghamshire – this wine is made from the juice of the Morello Cherry.

Dominated by Chardonnay grown on greensand, the smaller format of this wine retains the ‘sophisticated yet racy’ style that defines the Digby range. This structured still Chardonnay comes from a single-vineyard plot on our estate, Boot Hill Vineyard. It is bold, with rounded fruit flavours and a toasty, nutty character.
A bold, intense nose full of ripe lemon, peach and tropical fruits notes, alongside something floral and a toasted savoury note. On the palate, the wine is soft, rich and textural, with ripe citrus, tropical and stone fruits, green apple, lime cordial and yellow plum. As the wine opens up flavours of toasted nuts, forest floor and a distinct peppery note come through. The wine feels muscular and structured, with beautiful weight and balance on the finish.
Amber Valley Millstone Solaris 2023 (6 Bottles) Wessington, Derbyshire, England

This delightful single-varietal Solaris showcases the elegance of English winemaking. On the nose, it offers a vibrant bouquet of elderflower, freshly cut grass, and exotic lychee. Limited to only 1200 bottles on first release, the Kings Rosé 2015 is a rare gem within The Hattingley Portfolio.
Made from a small selection of the highest quality Pinots, only six barrels were selected out of approximately 200, for this super premium English sparkling.
Due to its high quality we only make the Kings Rosé in exceptional years for ripening, which means we won’t see another vintage until at least 2027 and only if the perfect conditions happen again (We’ve got our fingers crossed!).
The twin to our Kings Cuvée 2015, it has the same delicious depth and richness, with the delightful addition of fresh red fruits; summer raspberries, red apples and first-picked strawberries. Its elegant pale pink colour and fine persistent bubbles make it the perfect drink for celebrating the most special of occasions.
Pair with scones, jam and cream (in that order!) for an indulgent afternoon tea. Or as starter with parma ham, paté and other charcuterie (in any order you like!).

Our rose is a careful blend of elegant Madeleine Angevine and fruity Rondo which affords it a pretty pink blush.
From year to year, it keeps its distinctive wild strawberry bouquet with white fruit and flowers, but in recent years it has developed notes of raw sugar and pink grapefruit.
