Domaine Deux Roches is based in the village of Davayé, in the Mâconnais, and is jointly owned by Jean-Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray. Their 50 hectares of vineyards largely lie between the twin escarpments of Solutré and Vergisson and showcase the diverse terroirs of this region. The wines of Deux Roches are known for their drinkability and offer great value for money.
A multi award winning rich, full-bodied dry white wine from Burgundy. With notes of floral scents orange blossom, honeysuckle, and acacia flowers, fruity flavours of white peach, pear, green apple, golden apple, and apricot. This wine is also Zero Dosage and crafted from selected hand-picked Chardonnay & Pinot Blanc grapes gently pressed to extract the highest quality cuvee juice. A portion of the juice underwent primary fermentation in large French new oak barrels with subsequent prolonged lees contact in barrel prior to blending.
After secondary fermentation this wine enjoyed 44 months or more on-lees maturation in bottle, all of which has helped to create a beautifully balanced and elegant Sussex sparkling wine with layers of complexity, great poise and length.
On the nose the wine offers aromas of pear, peach and apricot complimented by a touch of brioche.

Cielo e Terra has dual roots in the Veneto region: the Cielo family and the winemakers of the Cantine dei Colli Berici. The Cielo family’s bond with the land dates back to 1908 in the Vicenza countryside, near the Castles of Romeo and Juliet, where the great-grandfather had bought Casa Defrà, a small farm with a vineyard. They enjoy making wines with passion and innovation to create signature versions of traditional Italian wines, looking for the right balance between personality and easy-drinking.
This wine displays a light straw yellow colour, hinting at its bright and refreshing character. The nose is fresh and fruity, with delicate aromas of wildflowers and fresh fruit that create an inviting bouquet. Oastbrook Estate Rosé Reserve 2022 (6 Bottles) Robertsbridge, Kent, England

The wine presents a light peach skin, cherry hue with fragrant aromas of cherry, rasberry, ripe strawberries, peach skin and nectarine it follows through with a zingy mouthfeel of cranberry, lemon grapefruit and ripe breadfruit. It is well balanced with the intensity of fruit and creamy texture.
100% Pinot Noir, the grapes from our vineyard were handpicked, and pressed in October this is a blend of pressed whole bunch and saignée from our 2022 red Pinot Noir. After low temperature fermentation to accentuate the thiol aromas the wine was left in tank over winter but not allowed to go to malolactic fermentation, the juice was very clear and required minimal fining and developed a rich aroma of red fruits with a soft creamy palate with crisp acidity.
