Silex 2023 is the latest expression of our most complex and uncompromising wine style, boldly fruit-forward, subtly nuanced, textured, and overall an elegant continuation of the Silex line. Silex is a unique and special soil of which growers are proud!
2023’s mild year is reflected in the wine’s linear, mineral style. An elegant nose of toasted almonds and lemon peel leads to a bright, beautifully balanced texture with waxy grip and acidity.
Aldwick Estate Classic Cuvée 2017 (6 Bottles) Bristol, Somerset, England

A delightful blend of Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir, this sparkling wine, crafted by winemaker Steve Brooksbank, embodies elegance and vibrancy. On the nose, it entices with lively aromas of raspberry, lemon, and cherry, while the palate reveals a harmonious balance of fresh acidity and a luxurious creamy mousse.
The finish is long and satisfying, making it an excellent choice for celebrations or even an indulgent breakfast treat.
Crafted using the traditional method and disgorged in January 2021, this vegan-friendly Brut is a testament to the estate’s commitment to quality. Its accolades include a Silver Medal at the WineGB Awards 2021, further cementing its place as a standout English sparkling wine.
Nutbourne Pinot Gris 2022 (6 Bottles) Pulborough, West Sussex, England

Our first release from the 2018 plantings, this limited edition wine is made from 100% Pinot Gris. This still white wine is beautifully rounded, with bright floral notes, delicate pear and stone fruit.
A portion of the wine was matured in French oak barrels and aged for six months to add richness and body.
Perfect when paired with fresh seafood such as crab linguine, scallops or with a platter of antipasti.
The art: Nutbourne wines are a family affair, made only from grapes grown on the estate, and every bottle features a Bridget Gladwin painting on the label, selected to complement the wine. This painting of the Seven Sisters cliffs was created high on the Sussex Downs on a bright, blustery day. it captures a kaleidoscope of colours, freshness and light from the sea, landscape and sky.

This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to Pimms! The white base wine is Dorset grown Phoenix grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine based distilled spirit. We then blend with all natural extracts and pure sugar cane. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly flavorful, slightly sweetened wine is best served over ice. You can serve it in a pitcher with ice and garnish with fruit, or pour into a glass over ice and top with something fizzy. It’s so refreshing and yummy it’ll become your go to sunshine sipper!

This dry white sparkling wine is made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay grapes hand-picked from our vineyard in October 2019.
It was made using the classic bottle fermentation method and has spent three years on the lees. It is pale gold in colour and displays a fine mousse.
It has a floral bouquet with grapefruit and lemon on the nose. Dry on the palate with delicate aromas of apple, white peach, lemon and lime and a nutty finish.
