All our wines are vegan friendly. This wine has been made following low-intervention techniques, which means that a little, non-harmful deposit can be seen in some bottles.
This wine is made from a small parcel of Stanlake Park’s Pinot Noir grapes, enabling an extraordinary balance between freshness and fruitiness.
Made with handpicked grapes, a short maceration on the skins extracts a delicate colour, with fermentation taking place at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness. Released after only a few months of maturation. Unfiltered, so a small deposit can occur in some bottles – this is totally natural and harmless.
Keep horizontally in a dry and dark place, away from heat, sunlight and vibrations.

This aromatic dry white wine, bottled in June 2024, showcases a harmonious balance of Bacchus, Ortega, Faber, Siegerrebe, and Huxelrebe grape varieties. With 11% alcohol and no added yeast, the wine's natural fruit aromas (hedgerow, citrus, elderflower) will continue to evolve over time.
Aged in large foudres, 10% of the blend adds a silky texture and creamy structure, without imparting oak flavors. Enjoy this elegant wine in its youth or cellar for a few years.

Bacchus grapes are particularly well suited to our High Weald terroir, and produce a fresh, aromatic, crisp white wine. This 2023 vintage shows all the benefits of the long hot summer in the UK last year and is slightly more rounded and nuanced than our previous vintages, with strong aromas of pear and gooseberry on the nose and palate and with a deliciously smooth finish. Our first Première Cuvée Rosé is a blend based on the 2016 harvest. The style is a more vinous and gastronomic version of rosé based on the saignée method. A longer lees ageing – the wine was bottled in 2017 and disgorged in 2022 – gives the depth and complexity worthy of our Première range.
The colour is a delicate strawberry pink, with just a suggestion of bronze and onion skin. The bouquet springs from the glass, immediate and assertive, rich with sweet summer raspberry fruit and subtle autumnal blackberry.

2018 was an exceptional growing year in the UK with a super hot summer which delivered grapes bursting with juicy ripeness.
Our Reserve Cuvée has fresh and intense citrus aromas, supported by notes of ripe fruit and the slightest hint of oak. A touch of biscuity honey with a creamy finish completes the tasting journey.
Aged on the lees for at least 24 months. Excellent with lobster lasagne, seafood or enjoyed on its own.
