It has a lively pour and excellent clarity. Citrusy and fresh with notes of peach, apricot, apple pastry, and minerality freshness with white florals on the nose. The traditional method provides a touch of cream and brioche-like savouriness.

Jérémie Huchet Chapeau Chenin Blanc 2024 (6 Bottles) Loire, France

Jérémie Huchet is a fourth-generation winemaker making his mark in Muscadet. Having taken over the family estate in 2001, Jérémie immediately went about purchasing some fantastic vineyards (which now total 64 hectares), and is slowly converting everything to organic viticulture. His white and red Chapeau wines are young wines meant for easy pleasure, while the clean, mineral L`Innatendu Muscadet is an excellent introduction to Jérémie`s vineyards and winemaking style.
Its nose is floral and develops aromas of white fruits and dried apricot. The mouth is rich, generous and well structured. The mid-palate is round, ample and nice-balanced. The long finish has a smooth but spicy character.

This Chardonnay is an enchanting blend of orange blossom, subtle notes of toasty brioche and bright citrus fruit on the bouquet, all enhanced by a pronounced limey intensity. Our 2020 vintage traditional method Welsh sparkling wine, made from a blend of Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir, grown in our family-run, low-intervention vineyard in Pembrokeshire. With a fine mousse, notes of orange blossom, white fruits and honey. The wine is enriched by 36 months of ageing on lees, giving a long finish of freshly baked brioche.

The East of England has an increasingly suitable climate for sparkling wine production and English Quality Sparkling Wine is rapidly gaining international recognition, praise and awards. At the Wine GB East 2022 Awards, Dedham Vale Vineyard 2018 Sparkling Brut was awarded a Silver Medal in recognition of its outstanding quality.
This Brut Sparkling wine is made using the methode champenoise. It has spent time on its lees generating a refreshing lively mousse (the French term for the bubbles that rise to the top of a sparkling wine), good depth on the palate with attractive fresh fruit flavours and yeasty overtones.
Pristine with persistent bubbles and cream texture. Toast and citrus fruit with balsamic notes. Very long fresh gooseberry finish.
