Cielo e Terra has dual roots in the Veneto region: the Cielo family and the winemakers of the Cantine dei Colli Berici. The Cielo family’s bond with the land dates back to 1908 in the Vicenza countryside, near the Castles of Romeo and Juliet, where the great-grandfather had bought Casa Defrà, a small farm with a vineyard. They enjoy making wines with passion and innovation to create signature versions of traditional Italian wines, looking for the right balance between personality and easy-drinking.
This wine displays a light straw yellow colour, hinting at its bright and refreshing character. The nose is fresh and fruity, with delicate aromas of wildflowers and fresh fruit that create an inviting bouquet. On the palate, it offers a crisp and well-balanced profile, marked by a subtle touch of minerality. A single vineyard blend of Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir. On site at Melbury Vale Vineyard we have one block of established Seyval Blanc vines and one block of established Pinot Noir vines. While Pinot Noir is traditionally used in sparkling wine, Seyval Blanc has become a go-to English preference for sparkling production. Pinot Noir and Seyval Blanc at Melbury Vale ripen about the same time and are checked for sugar levels that are ideal for sparkling. This wine is a pale coral pink color with fine bubbles typical of a high quality English sparkling wine. On the nose there are aromas of fresh summer berries and meadow flowers, and on the palate there are bright notes of ripe strawberry, watermelon, and lime zest.
Food Pairings: Dorset shellfish dishes, smokey pulled pork, and with cake after tea.

Woodhouse Pinot is a light and fruity red with lovely complexities and exceedingly moreish!
The demand for red wines in the UK is high, and we created this multi vintage wine to take advantage of those years that are very kind, providing heaps of ripe red fruit, as well as those years where it is a bit more of a struggle.
Each year we will add to a perpetual reserve, much like the soleras system used for making sherry, whereby we partially remove wine from barrels each year for bottling, then top up those same barrels with wine from the current vintage.
This not only blends the wine for a fairly consistent flavour profile, but is also gives the wine an opportunity to become more balanced as each vintage comes and goes. From tannins and acidity, to fruity notes and savoury notes. Bottled un-fined and un-filtered.
Enjoy at lunch or dinner with many different foods or all on it’s own. This delightful red wine may be a little too easy drinking!

Our ever-popular Pet Nat is back! A purely natural wine, fermented by natural yeasts with no added sulphites. It is a light, refreshing, slightly cloudy sparkling wine and is absolutely the perfect summer drink. We bottled during harvest while the wine was still frementing, keeping a light fizz in the bottle. It has a slight yeast sediment adding a great yeasty edge to the fruit aromas. The wine will gain yeasty aromas as it ages.
This is a natural wine in every way and is difficult to make, so we only use the best grapes available to us that we know will end up with the right flavours and balance in the wine.

An award winning Chardonnay, a perfect expression of a lightly oaked aromatic English Chardonnay.
The wine presents a light gold colour, a delicate bouquet of yellow plums naectarine, pear drops, gooseberry, honeysuckle and ripe figs and hints of vanilla and spice. Rich but balanced, soft and very approachable. A lovely creamy palate is developing with salinity and a long luscious finish.
2023 had perfect conditions for flowering and fruit set and a warm and dry harvest period the quality of the fruit was excellent and we harvested in early October.
